I slept on my experience before I wrote this review. Last night (a Friday) a group of my grad school classmates (ages 24-30ish) and I decided to go bowling and have some drinks. There were 19 of us. Some friends arrived early and they assigned us lanes, staff was very helpful and friendly as we showed up. Then we all went to the bar to buy drinks. The bartender accused about 1/3 of our group of having fake ID's for very arbitrary reasons: one California RealID was too thin (but she accepted another Cali RealID about 20 min later though), another person's picture was "too clear" and the manager told us that "the DMV uses $100 cameras and that a legit ID would not have that clear of picture," another was rejected because her picture was crooked but really it was her head tilted in the photo. That friend even produced her State of Arizona Department of Public Safety Fingerprint Clearance Card which had all of the same information as her ID on it and she was still told that her ID was fake. I was served, but only after the bartender examined my ID for a long time, and I looked at her and said "I am 28 and married I promise I can drink." She told me that she really wasn't supposed to be serving me because she could not read my signature on my ID and AZ law states my signature needs to be legible to serve me and I should really go to the DMV and change my ID. (Liquor Law A.R.S. § 4-241 does not mention signatures for verification). The bartender suggested that they could walk over to the police station to get their IDs verified, which one friend did, but they were closed, so she called the non-emergency number on the building, explained that this was a ridiculous non-emergency but if they had someone available we would appreciate it if they could send someone as they were telling us that our IDs were fake. We asked the managers if they commonly rejected IDs and they told us that anytime they have a large group they are more suspicious that people might have fake IDs. In reality we should have just left, but the people who had been allowed to use their IDs had already ordered the 100 oz towers of beer to split, so we weren't going anywhere fast.It took about an hour for the cops to show up so in the meantime we were bowling and those who could drink were drinking and we were having a good time. When the cops arrived those who had been rejected brought them their IDs, the cops thought all of the IDs looked appropriate and were not sure why they were being questioned, radioed into headquarters asking if they needed to run them through the system, which it was determined that they did not need to. The officers then told the manager at the front desk that our entire group was good to go and left. My friends walked back over to the bar where the bartender was still refusing to serve them because she didn't see who the cops verified. After about 20-30 more minutes of going back and forth a friend finally said to the manager "Why would we call the cops to verify our IDs if we have fake IDs? It just doesn't make sense." At that point the manager finally accepted our whole groups IDs and allowed more people to order. They did comp our bowling and gave us a free beer tower, but at that point the fun was ruined. Had this not happened we probably would have stayed there for hours, drank a lot of beer, and ordered food, likely been their most profitable group of the night.I whole heartedly understand that underage drinking is a big concern and that establishments can get in big trouble if they serve to underage people. However, they were not even doing the proper due diligence of asking questions to confirm the information on IDs or even accepting that people had multiple cards in their wallets with the same names on them (including the STATE ISSUED fingerprint clearance card). If they are truly going to be that skeptical of IDs then they should just invest in a barcode scanner, you can buy them for less than $300. Yes, they can refuse service for any reason, but accusing

The summer pass is such a great deal, 3 games a day all summer for a one time charge. I also ended up joining the Sunday night league. Which comes with 8 free games a week

Just came for a work event and a ton of fun. Rhonda B was our server and did an amazing job. She was incredibly welcoming and checked in on us multiple times to make sure our food was good and if she needed to refill anything. I highly recommend this locations PURELY for her service.

Had a huge corporate event and Ronda B was the event sever and she was amazing. Keeping the entire event going smoothly. She is amazing will be coming back just for her.

Nice establishment. Clean. Lanes are in excellent condition. Friendly staff. Snacks are a little pricey but good quality.

We had a good time here. The staff was very friendly and got our food and drinks quickly.

Clean, fun and priced for families. Plus cheap cold beer. They are unstaffed so be patient but still a good time

It was fun and well priced for a Sunday night. Kids enjoyed the game room as well

This location was pretty good. Had a lot of fun with friends and coworkers. Only downside was they seemed to not have much staff for their bar/food area as the bartender was also our server so we frequently had to wait to get drinks unless going to the bar because she was running the bar. Felt bad for her being so swamped.

Came on a Monday for their scheduled specials. But was told they do not seat people according to their set times online, because they have leagues going on taking all the lanes. Was told they would not seat until an hour and a half after the special was set to begin on their website. Definitely call ahead.
