Good service but "corporate" is reducing the number of menu items.
By far one of the better Boston Market I have been to. The place is clean and the food comes out looking good and also taste good. The staffs are friendly and very fast. The food came out quick and it was delicious. We got the original with 2 sides. They had a $7 lunch special. That's a pretty good deal in this inflation economy.
I choose Boston Market today because they had dinne-in seating. It seemed to maybe have a limited menu but I don't eat there often to know the difference. I had the turkey sandwich, Mac-n-cheese and creamy spinach. The food was tasty but the bill was $18, I thought a bit pricy for "fast food". The staff was very friendly and tentative to the guests. Plenty of indoor seating and there is an out door area open for seating as well. The drive thru was open if you didn't want to go inside. Lots of rotisserie chickens cooking that looked delicious! I'll definitely try one of them on my next visit.
The service was horable. The food was ok at best I am not sure if it's the location but we will never eat at this place again
Food is always hot and on time when like they say! I was asked to try the cream spinach by my barber and I loved it. And a special shout out to Active Menus for a prompt delivery.
Great customer service, all staff wearing masks and almost all wearing gloves, food was delicious.
Always a good place to go for a wholesome chicken and potatoes meal!
I graduated from Boston University; so Boston Market(I am a little biased for anything Boston oriented, go Celtics and Patriots) brings back nice memories. I used to enjoy going to one in LA. This one in Scottsdale is great. The General Manager, Remi(very professional and courteous)recommended their roasted garlic half chicken. It was delicious. The meat perfectly cooked, flavorful and juicy, sliding off the bones. The sides were also excellent. I had corn, Mac & cheese and a Cobb salad. My choc. chip cookie for dessert was also a winner. Prices are reasonable for fine dining quality food. There is a large seating area and shopping center parking. I did takeout and my order was ready in under 10 minutes. Highly recommended.
Absolutely the best customer service! Carl is a very hard worker & does a great job communicating with the customers and going the extra mile, asking folks in the dining area if they need anything, making sure the meals are correct etc. Very nice to see this type of genuine customer service & care, especially in today's world. Oh & the food, very delicious!!!
Food is always hot and fresh. Great service. Today Laneir went out of his way to make sure we had fresh corn bread and sides. Well worth the very short wait.We will always drive a little further to enjoy this location.
