* Horrible customer service*Still have tip but really they need to be nicer to customers* don’t label the drinks as to which are dairy free oR no.* order was on time but drinks weren’t the best* the gals in the back need help
Okay so there was a line of like maybe 5 people and two workers ( there was like 4 by the end of this doing nothing ) so yes i see how this could've been stressful for them but we were waiting at the cashier for like 20 minutes while they were talking.. nobody took our order. once somebody did take our order There was like 3 other people waiting for their drinks and only one lady actually working. Here's what my drink looked like ( i got a lady dragon ). The top wasn't closed correctly and it wasn't fully mixed and it went all over the floor and my bags and my shoes and it was sticky! Ugh so mad
Every time we come here they are either out of Boba, short-staffed, or rude to the customers. This place is horrible. Spend your money elsewhere.
I used to work here. This place has gone downhill. Its a terrible place to work. The managers hire people and harass them out. There is no communication when making drinks. Equipment is breaking down. Supplies always running out. They are always short staffed and the old creepy man working here is always getting too close to the girls.
Used to be good. Now the boba is crunchy and all of our drinks tasted like water. Also costumer service was not great
I used to come here regularly. I am not coming back anymore. I caught a worker dipping a blender cup in sanitizer without rinsing, then putting tea in it. The tea was bubbly and foamy because it had sanitizer in it. The girl said her boss told her to do it that way. I was horrified. Sanitizer is highly toxic.
Staff are hard working but it was frustrating to find that staff would not discount our drinks when the staff did not have boba available for our drinks. We had to either wait 15 minutes for our drinks or get no boba but still have to pay full price.
I go here pretty often but not anymore they literally are always out of boba every time I go. Like really how can you guys be called boba and not even have any like really that just makes no sense. I’m done trying to go here just honestly a waste of my time.
Came today and 2 people who didn’t give AF that there was a line of 7 ppl waiting, everyone started leaving cuz they were just mixing and one girl helped 1 person and then took her stuff and left, the other guy didn’t even looked at us the whole time. I rather not buy here anymore, employees don’t care about customers at all.
Would not recommend. Overpriced for boba tea. Tea itself was not even that good. I got the chai and it was underwhelming— there was not enough sweetness. Cashier was not incredibly friendly, and menu was a bit cheeky with its names and sizes.
