5 stars for the service of this location! The guy who was manning the front was just amazing. He was welcoming and made me feel right at home. He was patient with the order taking, and he let me take my time to pick my toppings; he also was not stingy with the toppings and even suggested toppings and sauces. He was helpful too and I was in and out of there in no time. :)The location was easy to find and the restaurant was clean and neat. Sub tasted decent and I felt healthy eating it! :)
Lady had a cold making food, and she microwaved my meatballs instead of putting it in the oven, i asked her to toast my bread.... she didn't, she claimed she is tired and nobody wants to work here she's a older Caucasian woman with terrible customer service. I asked her to warm up my cookies...she didn't, for this location you'll think the food and service would be better but i guess not. The cookies was hard and must of been old This place is worst than a subway and dirter than a McDonald's when it comes to preparing food, don't ever step foot in these places again

Went to movie at Roadhouse and decided to have a sandwich after at Blimpe after. Great decision. The two guys working were friendly and helpful. They went out of their way to make us feel welcome. They offered us the rewards program and coupons for our next visit! Two thumbs up for the food, employee, and customer experience. The restaurant was very clean too! Our visit was on 11/18/21 around 2:30pm.
This place is the work place of the most kind and selfless people I have met. My boyfriend and I showed up to this establishment thinking that EBT was accepted here only to find out that it is not. We had already ordered our food by then and instead of shooing us out the door, they were kind enough to take it out of their pockets! ($11+) Bravo! True acts of kindness, true acts of how a human should treat another human. But that's in circumstances of true need, not of the manipulation we see day in and day out at many places.Thank you to these kind people and what they did for us! It really means the world to us!
I have been going to this location for a really long time. The wait is almost non-existent and the staff are always cool. The problem is NO EEGEES
Subway is way better! 2nd place Blimpie, then Jimmie Johns 3rd.
I went into the store to order and was served by Zach M. This employee was extremely rude and had no social skills. Within one order he made roughly 10 mistakes. Didn't care to fix any of them. He didn't listen to what I was asking for in the order. He didn't put the right toppings on the sandwich I was able to take home and didn't pack the side I ordered. He just stared at me with a blank expression. This is a horrible showcase of business customer service.
