This place is nasty we went yesterday 6/09/22 spend $130 dollars for 7 of us. I mentioned to the cashier I was allergic to mushrooms she didn't offer any kind of sigh or anything to make the cook know about it. I asked for carrots and bell peppers from there extra since they were both next to the mushrooms they didn't have it. The counters were so dirty and Oils and sauces everywhere. The 1 cook looked like he hated his job took for ever to cook a plate adding so much water to the food it washed all the sauce away The grill had so mush crust. The 2nd cook came out only to start cooking on the same grill mixing the flavors and stuff with other food being cooked at the same time when there was an extra grill next to it. Rice was crunchy.The soup was cold. Just not worth the money or time. The first 3 people were almost done eatting by the time the next 4 sat down took for ever to cook.
I have been going to the metro center location for years and decided to give this one a try. The food is great, but I won't be going back for a while to allow for training. After going to other location they sparingly use water to cook the food but the cook at this time used 1-2 quarts of water (if not more) which completely diminished the the taste of the sauces I added to it. Not a bad place just it being new it seems like the cooks might need some more training
I went about a month ago and I swear, the bar where you make your noodles was SO DIRTY. Not to mention, they were out of broccoli and we had to wait for like 15 minutes for them to come out with a container of broccoli. Like seriously? I had to travel from west phx to this Scottsdale location only to see how dirty it was. Don’t get me started on the PRICE of the bowls. Man all I know is, I used.to come here with my friends all the time. Now it’s just bleh. And also, by reading all the reviews it seems the owner who replies just can’t take genuine customers feedback. Make the place better instead of arguing like a little kid. The owner intimidates others and can never take accountability. There’s a reason you had to close the other location due to “short staff” ? Good for them.
Definitely not going back. I've been dining at this location for the past 20 years. This was my 1st trip since they changed ownership. My favorite hot beef soup was replaced with barely warm egg drop soup. The house sauce was weak, my order did not come out right. The person in front of me must've ordered something w fish sauce. My order tasted like teriyaki-fish stir fry. The overall experience was not the same.We dined at your restaurant 2/18 @ 7 p.m.
Love this place. Everything is always fresh. The staff is friendly and polite!
Great Mongolian style grill, only possible complaint is the setup for items. Fairly compact compared to ones I've been in and can cause a bit of a backup near the door.Food and enjoyment is still 10/10
Amazing experience. Would definitely come again and slurp these noodles up again ?????Such a cool experience too! Does anyone know if horses can eat noodles ? I took a to go box of just carrots for my horsies ???Very great staff. I felt very welcomed.
We had such an extraordinary experience here a few weeks ago. My little one was "rating" this restaurant and told the owner she gave him 4 stars. The food was amazing, the drink machine has hundreds of combinations, the atmosphere was very nice, etc.. My kiddo doesn't understand the star ratings yet. But by the end of our meal, he deserved 8 stars out of 5! He went above and way beyond to earn that extra star from her. And both kids left with a mini Coca-Cola bear! This is our new favorite place!!!
Wanted something spicy and it really delivered. My kids were all able to make themselves something delicious as well. It's rare I can get them to like anything that doesn't come with French fries xD
They were out of all the vegetables. The counters were so dirty. Oils and sauces everywhere. The grill had a 1 inch layer of crust. It has never been cleaned. The food literally tasted like the grill scrapings. Rice was crunchy. Out of ice cream. This place used to be so good! But I’m not sure what happened to it now.
