Its ok. Cups sizes are smaller than Starbucks but just as expensive. By early afternoon there are sold out of most food items and service is slow. But its got nice decor and lobby.
Black Rock is probably my new favorite coffee shop. I’ve been to a couple of locations, and my drinks have come out great at each location.Their blended drinks are my favorite!
Normally I really like this place. Today, specifically, not so much. I went to eat my bagel and found this big piece of a wrapper in it. Removed it and then as I took another bite, there was a smaller piece of wrapping that I bit into. I totally understand being in a rush and trying to get items out in a timely manner, but these weren't small pieces that are easily overlooked.
Loved the vibe and the atmosphere, but the coffee was mediocre. The coffee was watered down and tasted mostly like milk.

Hard pass... Flavor is pretty much zero, drinking warm milk for the most part. Ask for a correction and flavorless unapologetic reaction. I'll stick to what I know... "Starbucks" while traveling. So disappointing since this was near where I was staying foe the week.
Good location off 101. Great coffee.. Friendly staff.. Rewards points, but..nothing to buffer sound here. It bounces off of everything, and often has groups meeting there. For work or writing...not the best.
The staff is very friendly here but they lack consistency. The wait can be long at times after you order which I don't mind if the drink comes out correctly. But it's usually doesn't taste very good or when it does taste good my cup is shorted.
Staff is friendly and coffee is decent but the prices are ridiculous! The price of my drink increased 33% in 1.5 years! I think that's unacceptable considering other places prices haven't increased that drastically and their coffee and options are much better.Many of Black Rocks flavors are mocha based and taste more like poor chocolate milk flavors. There's only one coffee drink that tastes good but I will not pay $8 for it!My money goes much further at Dutch Bros and they brew some flavorful beverages.
Coffee was so hot that it took me 45 minutes to take a sip. That's hot, right? Good news it, I had the Americano all day! Bad news: I didn't have my usual caffeine boost and was mildly grumpy. :) We tried the muffins and the rice crispy treats. Muffins were good! I would like to see a protein option like an egg bake. Spruce it up and offer a wake up wrap. People love protein.
