Great food and really lovely server! The buttery peach cake and vanilla bourbon churros were amazing Shoutout to Christian! :)
Service was great. Food was fantastic. Nice cozy comfy atmosphere.
Good food. Ordered the Bitters Burger and the Brie Mac and Cheese. It was supposed to have bacon. Pointed out to the server that there was no bacon, and she said it was ground up inside. Later checked the picture in the menu, and you can see the bacon topping it was supposed to have. This level of service is why this only gets 2 stars.
Great cocktail selection but the food was disappointing. We ordered The Bitter Truth and a ginger lime mocktail, which were both excellent, along with the bitter chick, Michigan cherry salad and the baked brie. I would only order the Brie again. Environment was upbeat and it seems like a great happy hour spot, they just didn't impress me with the food.
This place never disappoints - some of the best and most unique drinks you’ll find in Scottsdale. The best part is this isn’t just a good bar, but a great restaurant too. At this point I’ve had a couple different items on the menu from the chicken nuggs, to the salads, to deserts - everything is consistently delicious.Definitely stop by Bitters for a good dinner with great service and friendly vibe. I’ve found stopping by around 5-6pm (a little earlier) will almost guarantee a seat right away.
It’s was the wife’s and I second time at Bitters. Our first experience was outstanding so we went again last night. Food was delicious and drinks were outstanding as well. Service though, horrible! It took the bar tender 10 minutes for him to acknowledge we were at the BAR to take our order. After our first drink, we were about to get a slight hangover before he came back to get our second order. No it wasn’t busy at all! Seemed like the employees have a lot of friends stop by for drinks and they forget about the customers. Doubt we will ever be back. Owner needs some attention there. We went between 7-10.
Reading some other reviews here, I had the common experience that the drinks were very good but not a great value. I thought the same thing about them being filled with far too much ice. For catching tourists at those prices for what you get I think it’s fine. It kind of reminds me of why I hate going out in Scottsdale living in Arizona, though. For me this would be a place maybe you bring a date to at some point but I don’t think I would make this a regular stop.
Food and drink are awesome. But the service was terrible. Not once, not twice, not even 3 times. I shouldn't have even went the 4th time. But, I believe in 4th chances.
What a sweet bar and grill. The staff is very friendly and the drinks are delicious and affordable. The food was well prepared and yummy. The atmosphere was delightfully.
QUALITY i mean everything is quality down to the juicy tender buffalo nuggets ? so so thoroughly impressed and the peach pie legitimately just melts in your mouth. Great prices EXCELLENT quality. Id come again and again to eat and drink.
