Food wasn't horrible, but the waitress could not have been more irritated that we were there for dinner and not just drinks. Then when it was time to pay she stated that they could only split our bill evenly 50/50 (as my husband and I were there with another couple) yet we didn't order evenly. The couple we were with were forced to pay part of our bill because they refused to itemize the bill. 50/50 or altogether that was our only choice. This was just laziness. What if we sat at different tables... different bills, it's not that difficult. Should be waitstafg 101. So between her attitude, the mediocre food, and the refusal to charge us correctly. I would not recommend. You never go to a business and they make you pay part of another person's bill just because you're together, just irritating.
SCAMMERS!!! My friends and I were so excited to go here for my bachelorette and were significantly overcharged for our drinks on purpose I think... On the receipt you will see 2 of their Signature Drinks: (2) 23 in Me for $92 (?!?!!) and (1) Grow a Pair Double for $33! Our group had people from Miami, Boston, and NYC and have NEVER had drinks this expensive!! They don't display their prices on the menu which should be illegal! I would not recommend going here because this absolutely ruined the night for a lot us when we did not expect this large of a charge but if you absolutely have to go here DO NOT ORDER THOSE DRINKS!!
Would give 0 stars if possible. Ownership should get their bouncers in check. Charging $20 for bathroom line cuts is immoral and an unethical business practice. Not only that, but I was also kicked out for sitting at sitting at a VIP table (not knowing it). When I asked the bouncer why I was forced out, they stated I was "too drunk" but they would let me back in if I paid the bouncer $160. I had 2 drinks definitely not drunk!!!!! This is outrageous! I would imagine if this is normal behavior, the house misses out, tremendously, on potential revenue!! Scummy stuff going on!
Bar was unwilling to charge their advertised rate for drinks. Ads were playing while there for 2 for $10 lemon drops. Ordered two at the bar and was charged $30. When I brought the advertisement up to the bartender he replied “we stopped that special two weeks ago.” He ended up giving two more drinks when I said the ad was still rotating on their tvs. When I asked for six total to be paying the advertised price for the drinks he said no, I could talk to the manager and walked away without pointing me towards them. I went and found a manager, explained the situation, he said they weren’t doing it any longer. We waited for the ad to play again and he walked off for a bit once it did. He was unwilling to give me a refund as he stated they were two busy. When I requested two more drinks for them to be the $5 each (as advertised) I was told I was getting $90 worth of free alcohol and should be happy instead of them admitting I was getting the drinks at the advertised rate. The ad stayed up for at least another hour until we left.
I wish I could give this place 0 stars. I was there with a group of friends when they opened on Saturday April 24th. The service was slow, subpar and the food was beyond awful. The eggs looked/tasted weird and had a weird color to them. Many of us didn’t eat majority of our meal because of this. I am now suffering from good poisoning. This was the only thing I ate all day and symptoms match perfectly with food poisoning. The service was terrible from start to finish and a friend would find our waitress dancing at the main bar with her friends and talking. Then when we got our winners circle (a drink for the table) which is $50 and it was full of ice. It barely gave us enough to sample the drink.I would not recommend this place to anyone. It was an awful experience from start to finish and do not plan on going back.
Great crowd and a fun atmosphere on a Saturday night. Sadly they have some low key racist dress code policies. They charged the guy in front of us $10 cover and attempted to charge a guy in our group the same for wearing Jordans?!
Love the music most nights. Some nights ehh. Depends on dj some say rudely if you tip them more than 10 bucks you can pick one song. Takes forever for them to get to you to order drinks - yes extremely busy but they openly see you & help no one else & take forever to get to you. Other than that when the musics good I love to dance here! gets hyped & packed!
I was told that I couldn’t buy dinner Friday night. I was denied. The bouncer told me that my “pants” didn’t fit their dress code….However, after he rejected me he said “if you help me out, I can let you in.” Now I would be okay with getting denied but I don’t support the dishonest business practice of having to pay a bribe to be let in.Once I told him I would pay, he told me that I wouldn’t be able to get into any of the bars in old town. This was dishonest as well. I walked to casa amigos and was immediately let in. No problems at all. The staff there was friendly and so welcoming. If you are thinking about going here.. think again.
Picked it because it was close. Entered, skeptical, because it was nearly empty (a Monday night), had TVs everywhere (sports bar) and volumed-up music. BUT the chicken tinga tacos were SO GOOD as was the salsa that came with the side of chips. DEELISH. Could have larger selection of local/craft beers but did have a nice local kolsch. Would probably be super fun during March Madness games.
Very poor service. Not sure the waitress listened to any of our orders. We ordered our fist two drinks but it took 45 minutes for her to return when our drinks were gone. I ordered tenders with honey mustard and got straight mustard. Got charged extra for the mustard when it was supposed to be included. Ordered an IPA and got a Modelo. Friends each ordered 20 oz drinks and got 16 oz. Got charged for 20 oz. Their food took 30 minutes longer than mine and we ordered at the same time. To top it off, they automatically charged 20% gratuity when here was only 3 of us.
