It was a fun experience - this should just be coined the birthday place. I mean there were about 8 birthday celebrations while I enjoyed mine. Heard about a birthday coupon but need to sign up online to receive which will get you $30 off the bill according to the server. The kids had fun experiencing the chef cook things up - menu had many choices to choose. I suggested more flavoring/seasoning for my surf and turf but it was solid. They also provide a complimentary photo and printed us a copy to take. Was satisfied and pleased by the server and chef. ??

I always enjoy going to Benihana's. Last night was good, but not the great experience we usually have. I think it was because they were short handed on staff and chefs. We got our drinks and appetizers quickly but had to wait 45 minutes before they started cooking for us. It was okay since we did have some food first with the soup and salad. The food was great and the chef was entertaining and friendly. Our server was a little overwhelmed because he had so many table by himself while training a new employee. He still was attentive, friendly and quick. Overall, I still had a good time and good food.

Our waiter and our chef were amazing. The restaurant was crowded but didnât feel claustrophobic. The food was delicious.
The server was hard to understand and not very friendly. My elderly father forgot his to go container, we got to the parking lot, realized it was still on the table and when we went right back to the table the meal was thrown away. It wad a $35 meal, in the trash, more than half of his meal was in the container. There was no apology from the staff tjis is not acceptable. I was very upset with this situation.
Reservation was at 11:15. Chef arrived 12:08. We didnât get our entire meal, service was super slow. They had just opened so there was only 3 tables. Didnât end up leaving till 1:08 and I had to ask for the bill.
We were ultimately underwhelmed with the dining experience. Food quality was good but not how we remember it many times before.
Not worth it. Over priced, over-hyped. Disorganized service. The food was bad. No taste at all. Avoid the fried rice at all costs. I am not going back. I can get better quality food and service for half the price somewhere else.
