31 flavors of Ice cream, by the quart, or scoop with a variety of ice cream novelties, sugar cones, waffle cones, in a cup or bowl, the options are many AND this location is both a Baskin Robbins AND a Dunkin Donuts, serving a variety of donuts and breakfast sandwiches. This place was pretty bad. Tables were sticky and covered in trash, employees were checked out. Ice cream was good though but I assume it gets shipped to them....
Worst possible place to go for ice cream. The customer service doesn’t get more incompetent than this. Trying to order through the drive is unbelievably difficult due to the lack of brain cells that the employees have. The place was pitch black at 9:30 when it says on the website that they close at 10:00. And why the hell are they missing 3 quarters of their ice cream, when it is their MAIN PRODUCT.
First of all I'm not a person to leave reviews. good or bad.. But I've gave this place numerous chances and it seems like they are always out of anything I order. Or extremely lazy. I ordered a strawberry banana smoothie and they told me they were out of chocolate. not sure how that applies. but ok. Alot of my jobs are by this place but this store doesn't even deserve the 1 star. 0 STARS NEEDS SOMEONE WHO ACTUALLY WANTS TO WORK OR SOMEONE BETTER ON INVENTORY.
Order this 3 scoop Sunday via door dash and it comes to the house half full and completely Melted to point bad to put it in the freezer for several hours
Hours of operation states they close at 11 on Saturdays. Went in at 10:45 and they clearly had left long ago.
The works Baskin-Robbins in the world. Lack of personal. No professionalism. No respect. We ordered a birthday cake and we called several times and the answer was the cake is ready, when we came in the they staff stated there is no cake. We showed them the receipt and we told them we called and you guys said it is ready instead of apologizing and try to find a solution, the staff started to laugh like we are in a comedy show. They stated they can not do anything and we can buy any cake they have. Started to turn off the lights to end the conversation without any accountability. Not sure how this store still open. Do not go to this one at all not even to go to the WC. Shameless!
Worst Baskin-Robbins ever! The hours say they're open till 10:00 but they seem to be closed at 6:30 p.m.? Every time I come here it's a disappointment. I won't to bother anymore..
Stopped here many times but the last two times were the worst. It seems the is no management at all. During one visit a male employee shouted obscenities at a fellow female employee ( albeit in ‘fun’ because they didn’t know I walked in). My next visit the gal did not know how to scoop. Hence I got two of the smallest cones I’ve ever had and I’ve been eating B&R ice cream since I was a girl (50 years). Her coworker had to ask another coworker if they had ‘large’ cones because a customer asked for one. They’ve never had large cones and this store only had one cone. They were out of sugar cones. Who does the ordering? And who trains the workers?
This place is constantly out of ice cream lol. You’re a Baskin Robbins. You have one job and you fail it constantly. I award you no stars, and may god have mercy on your ice creamless souls.
