Very disappointed with the cake we got for my daughter's birthday. Ordered a Frozen Cake and showed up and got the frozen toppers on a plain cake? When I picked it up, they had all sort of excuses, and only discounted the charge for the toppers? These weren't even the toppers from the picture from the cake online. The lady whom I assumed was the owner, said they should've said this when I ordered it. ( I'm fairly certain from the ascent it was her who I ordered it from.)On the day of the party what is a parent to do? Race around to find another cake or leave with this? I was EXTREMELY disappointed on how she only cared about the next customers in line and didn't make more of an effort. Only spent a small fortune at Party City on colors to match the cake I thought I was getting.If you want to stress out more than you need to trying to make your child's party memorable and perfect give them a shot. I on the other hand will never choose this location again.
