Great overall experience. Great options on the menu. Gigi is was so friendly and the food and service were on point. Cute and cool. Food and beverages were so yum. Homemade and authentic. We will definitely be back.

Arrivederci is a very good, traditional Italian restaurant with a lovely dining room, a nice , upbeat bar and helpful servers. Because it was a midweek, hot summer evening, they had the dining room shut down on this night and we were seated in the bar, which is not quite as comfy and upscale, but it was still pleasant. 2 of us had the halibut special, served with linguine and veges, and both of us thoroughly enjoyed the well - cooked fish and pasta. The other 2 had carbonara and cleaned their plates. A nice evening - we always enjoy the restaurant.

The food has always been excellent!! This time I had the Veal Piccata, which I've had often and I was disappointed in it. That doesn't discourage me from returning as I've never been disappointed before. I will just not have the Veal Piccata for awhile which I love.

Wine Service was very slow

Came here for dinner for the first time. The dining room was closed due to staff problems I believe and only the bar area was open. Due note, this Arrivederci is not connected to the one in Fountain Hills. Our waiter was friendly but service was extremely slow. We waited over 20 min to place our order and over 30min to get our food. Weird enough, the table behind us was seated after we ordered but received their food and even FINISHED before we even had our dinner. They had a different waiter.Another annoying thing… We were each only given 1 piece of bread. We had to ask for more and our waiter once again only gave us 1 each. The waitress gave the table behind us a whole basket and refilled it several times automatically. You shouldn’t have to ask for more repetitively. The food itself was good, a bit overpriced but definitely tasty. But the extremely slow service and bread situation was very annoying. I understand there is staff problems but there were only 2 other tables of people. 2 waiters should be able to handle that or at least say a simple “sorry for the wait” instead of ignoring the fact that we sat there for 40 min waiting. All in all, I won’t be coming back to this location. The Fountain Hills establishment is much better.RESPONSE TO OWNER: Wow, that was a quick response. Maybe they can replicate this momentum in the restaurant setting. We each only had 2 rounds of bread. Rounds as in 2 pieces each. Not 2 baskets each like the table behind us. I know because we DID sit there for so long waiting. I would’ve timed it myself but we were trying to be patient. Additionally, it’s actually not that difficult to find homemade Italian food here. Maggiano’s 10 minutes away is made from scratch food. Or you could just drive to the REAL Arrivederci in Fountain Hills where they give unlimited bread and there isn’t a long wait!!

We absolutely love Arrivederci! Gigi is so welcoming and always makes us feel like family, and the food is consistently good!

Always a pleasure. Service hits just the right note between attentive and not being intrusive. I am in love with the specials. Usually something I have not had before and always delicious.

The food at Arrivederci is always great, consistently well prepared. They always offer tasty specials. The server was sweet, with a good sense of humor, responsive. Well done all the way around. We are repeat customers.

Very nice experience. Seated in bar, restaurant proper not open Mon-Thurs. Service good, attentive. A group of six young people were seated near us, made for some elevated noise level. Food excellent. Portions large. One thing unusual-the food came out piping HOT. We’ll go again, but will be more selective ordering. Very large servings.

We always love our meal and everything else! Delicious Delicious!!
