Very comfortable resort with a truly fantastic restaurant. Loads of spots to sit and relax with friends. Super friendly and accommodating staff. Comfortable rooms that feel kind of like cabins at camp, but desert chic edition. Fantastic, well-designed showers. The only thing that could be better is the gym... Why design a gym in the desert to be open air?!?
We absolutely loved our stay here and can’t wait to return again. The grounds are beautifully manicured and lovely to walk through each day.We stayed in a Saarinen Bungalow room (complimentary upgrade) which was decorated beautifully, had tons of seating space, a front and back patio, and a massive double shower!The pools are large and fun and the spa was a wonderful treat. The best massage experience I have had in a while.Highlights from our visit were:- The Saarinen Bungalow- The prickly pear lemonade with vodka as a welcome desk upon check in- Free s’mores kits each evening- Lovely seating areas around the resort grounds- The spa- Great location close to other restaurants- The serenity and vibe overallWhile there were daily, minor service issues it was nothing that would prevent us from returning. I would encourage the team to work on ensuring amenities are working and replenished, and ensuring the staff is more knowledgeable about the resort and more proactive as well.
A couple of our Executives attended a conference at this resort last month. While the accommodations are very nice and the resort sells itself, there is something to be said about customer service.....especially in these times. One person, Pavel, exemplified the highest level of customer service. He treats each guest like they are the most important guest on the resort. He represents himself and Andaz well. Thank you Pavel, for your excellent customer service!
Great location, walking distance to restaurants and a short drive to old town, shopping or Talking Stick. Get the prickly pear lemonade at check in ? it's delicious and they'll add a little vodka if you'd like. The main pool is a fun. Great atmosphere with music, cold drinks and tall palm trees. The spa pool (18 and older) is quiet and peaceful. The fire pits and lights through out the property are an excellent touch. A beautiful resort we will definitely be back.
Top notch staff who went out of their way to be welcoming and helpful. Our room in the retreat opened out towards a little pool which was perfect for us and our daughter. The outside seating at the rooms is a bonus. We had a lot of fun at the hotel in between other activities in the Scottsdale area. The breakfast was delicious and relaxing as were drinks at the firepit in the evening. Thank you for making our vacation so good!
The staffers were so friendly and helpful! Everything was clean and the whole place beautifully designed. The pools were lovely, and the drinks, strong and delicious. The room was comfortable and I loved the secluded patio in the back. The huge open shower was so nice too!
The staff was so nice and super helpful. The bungalow was clean and roomy and the tv was huge. We discovered the adult only pool on our last day and it was awesome.
We attended a wedding there, and it was beautiful. The staff was so kind and attentive. The facilities were clean and well designed. We hope to come back!
This is a top-notch resort! The pool is incredible. The water was so clean and warm. The restaurant bar as the BEST food and drinks. We loved the chicken bites, the Phoenix rising and the Aloha Senorita. The service was exceptional and the bungalows are awesome. A great place to stay and we’ll definitely be back!
Based on recommendations from our travel agent, we booked Andaz Scottsdale for our honeymoon. We couldn’t get over how friendly & accommodating all the staff were! From Kyle greeting us upon arrival, Stephanie in Warp & Weft , Josh and Scott with valet and Jackson by the pool we always felt right at home and they went above & beyond all of our needs! Breakfast was always fantastic, we loved the flavor and the plate presentation. Would highly recommend this resort to anyone staying in Scottsdale who wants a fashionable, peaceful & relaxing 5 star resort.
