Ordered catering for a birthday party. Staff was super helpful in helping us pick food and get portions right. Fed 10 people for $120 with leftovers. I'm a big fan of mixed plate and I LOVED the food. Best mixed plate we have had in Phoenix! Great flavor, not too heavy/greasy like others we have tried here.
We had this catered for a work event today and yum! The husband and wife (owners) are both so sweet and the food is AWESOME! We got a variety of things and everyone had nothing but good things to say! Highly recommend!! Also super cool the chef/owner brought the restaurant straight from Maui!!!
We ordered Kailua pig and Teri chicken. The smoke flavor on the pig was so unexpected for the mainland and very delicious - reminded me of home. Husband loved the Teri chicken and thought the sauce was very good.
The Katsu and Teriyaki sauces taste like pure vinegar. The chicken was under seasoned. The rice was overcooked. Bad first and last experience on this one.
