I've been to this location several times and each time I have been there your worker whom I believe his name is Chris has screamed at the other employees and seems to always be on his phone while the others are working. I love your food and I like coming but it's to the point where I'm going to a different location because this kind of treatment is disappointing to see. I've seen things like this at a number of restaurants and fast food places and its honestly sad to see. I hope that this gets fixed because they ladys I've seen being screamed at and mistreated have been nothing but good customer service. Absolutely horrible customer service. I ordered ahead through their website which said it would be ready in 10 minutes. I showed up in 15 minutes and it wasn't ready despite not one person in the restaurant. Then they tell me they have no rice and can't make my order (minor detail for Poki) I asked them for a refund and the lady working there was incredibly rude and condescending. She said she can't give me a refund because I ordered online and have to go through the confirmation email it gives you the ability to get a refund. There was of course nothing on the email so I called the third-party company (Toasttab). They explained they can't do anything and AhiPoki has to refund me. So I called the lady back and she was even ruder than before and said I needed to come back another day and figure it out. I asked to speak with her manager and she said they have no managers and she doesn't report to anyone (impossible). I asked her for the owners phone number and she didn't have it. I asked her to give them my phone number and have them call me if she couldn't give it out and she refused, but agreed to leave them a note with my phone number as they come in every other week. I feel robbed by this company and will dispute on my credit card and report to better business bureau. I can't believe I got zero apology and absolutely zero help. If this is how they treat customers I can't imagine how they handle your food.
Their business hours are merely a suggestion. Listed at 11a-8p, good luck showing up in those listed hours and the business being open. I went at noon on a Sunday, and the doors were locked and nobody was inside. I understand being short staffed, but at least put some sort of signage in your door saying so and that you’re operating under reduced hours.
Just struggled to eat a sushi bowl with rice half cooked. This is one of my favorite places so it’s very disappointing that these kids can’t even test the rice. Shea location
the reason behind my low rating is the fact that when i order something through my phone on a delivery app. i expect my whole order because i paid for it to be delivered. when i am at work and have no capability of leaving to get food, that’s when i really expect my full order. very disappointed to have only gotten partial of my meal and no drink. then i call to have my order fixed and they expect me to drive to their location to fix an order. like are you kidding me? some people have lives and responsibilities. absolutely ridiculous. (the purple being everything missing from my meal)
Excellent poke, lots of spicy options. Recommend 1/2 br rice, 1/2 salad, spicy tuna, dynamite salmon, jalapeños, and your choice of other toppings.

NO NO NO! The salad greens are rotten and they are serving them. This place looks like a good poisoning waiting to happen!
