Disgusting. I gave my chicken bowl to my dog. The chicken was rubbery and fatty. I couldn't even eat one bite. Please go to Chipotle or smash burger. This was a big mistake.
Overall it's an ok place. For the price I don't feel your getting your money's worth. It was clean and the staff was friendly. For my first experience with poki, it made me think twice about doing it again
I like this place and wanted to go there today for lunch…BUT the woman working the counter is so rude and dismissive that I am completely turned off.I emailed the company last month when I last encountered her attitude and received no reply. So…I went somewhere else for lunch. I understand there is a “staffing shortage” but if your employees don’t want to be there…I don’t want to deal with them.Hope you can fix the problem.
Really good and fresh! They have gluten free cellophane noodles as an alternative base which is fun.
As always, fresh, healthy, yummy food. We usually go here for lunch, but tonight, we picked up a quick takeout dinner. So GOOD!
I ordered a teriyaki chicken bowl for my mother and within 45 minutes she was vomiting uncontrollably. She didn’t think the chicken was cooked completely when I asked her how it tasted. I recommend going somewhere that doesn't throw raw meat on a griddle and get you out the door in under 5 minutes. Odds are the food was not cooked completely. It was served with white rice and edamame, which I doubt was the cause of her food borne illness. Guess that’s what I get for getting a teriyaki bowl at a poke spot that handles raw fish.
Love this place. Always a good go to when craving sushi but it's all in a bowl. I also really like their spam misubi too. The staff are always so nice and the food it delicious.
Fresh, delicious and the portions are huge! The Spam Musubi is yum yum gimmie some!
Terrible customer service. Their teriyaki chicken bowl comes in a rice bowl and teriyaki salmon comes with rice and salad. I asked if I could get the rice and salad with my chicken and they refused. Apparently it doesn't come that way. I asked if they could make that adjustment for me but was once again refused. I politely asked why they couldn't do that as the only difference was that there was chicken on top instead of salmon but I was told that it just doesn't come that way so they couldn't do it. The funny thing is I just had that exact same thing a couple of weeks prior. When I brought that up I was told that the person serving me that day must have made a mistake. I have never been at a place where such a simple request was refused with no good explanation. Needless to say I thanked them and politely walked out. They didn't get my business that day and most likely never will.
Of the vast options in the valley area, a healthy option worth the money!
