Came here during my lunch break on Tuesday 1/18/22 around 12:00 p.m.Only reason for 4 stars is due to them being out of every fountain drink besides lemonade, and hardly any bottled drinks in their fridge.However, I ordered some hot wings, parmesan wings, and cheese fries, and they made it all perfectly...like, better than I've ever seen it. Cashier was friendly and accomodating.Overall - great experience!
Placed an order over the phone. Went in to pick up my order with my 12 year old son. There was a guy on the phone and a lady helping another customer. So I wait patiently at the counter, when the lady is done helping the customer she doesn't even acknowledge me. So I wait when the guy on the phone is done he walks away a go's to the back. He comes back to the front and was getting ready to open the register as it to do something and doesn't even acknowledge me. So I ask him are they going to acknowledge me and then he proceeded to help me. After that he went back to the lady and told her something. Against my better judgement I stayed and got my order. But I had to watch them to make sure they didn't do anything to my food. So I am assuming Downtown Queen Creek WingStop don't care to much for minority's. Will be last time I go there.
Place used to be good but lately its been the worst experience ever... Good luck with this place. When you mess up the order on your second chance to redeem yourself from the first order that you got wrong that says a lot about how much you care about your customer. Destroyed my family's dinner on two separate occasions in one month. That's it for me, definitely never coming back.✌? ATL Wings is right down the street.
called and even stopped by today and kept being told they would open in a half hour and that was not the case!
Horrible we live 2 minutes away food was delivered cold meat undercooked it was suppose to be hot wings instead got cold wings. Fries dry over cooked. Could not eat. I spent 31 dollars for this garbage. If I wasn’t sick I would go to throw this garbage at them.I tried call from 8:20 to 8:40 on this Sunday Dec. 12 evening and no answer. I will Never go back. So disgusted.
I would like to give this place 10 Stars. It was our first time to go to WingStop. Deandra was so helpful and cheerful. She immediately suggested the dinner for two item which we ordered. The food was delicious. I had the Hawaiian sauce and my husband had the lemon pepper sauce on wings. I usually don't like french fries, but these were especially good with the skins on. Initially we were to wait 30 minutes because they had so many orders pending for Uber Eats and DoorDash. However, Deandra was able to get our food much earlier than that. She was just delightful in every way to all the customers, not just us. It doesn't cost anything to be very energetic and pleasant, and restaurants who find those kinds of people need to recognize them, especially when many places are short-staffed. However, a welcome reception and good food certainly made us feel special. Thank you, Deandra and WingStop. We. Will. Be. Back!
Ordered 100 wings, got 6 boxes w a total of 65 wings. I specifically asked the employee if they were all there before I left and he said they were. Called the restaurant 9 times over 1 hour and they never answered or ringing line went to disconnected. All I wanted was to order more wings and have them delivered. They are obviously not answering their phone. Today was my wife's birthday and we were serving 13 people w 65 wings....sad, embarrassing, worst service ever. I want a call back asap. I will also be posting this review on the top 5-10 web pages that come up when searching wing stop. I would recommend removing the queen creek location from the franchise as I have had a good experience at other locations in the past.
Orders are constantly wrong at this location. No matter what special requests you put on the order you will not get them. You are actually luck if you get everything you ordered. Nobody answers the phone and the food quality has gone downhill. Don't waste your money you will just be disappointed time after time.
