Honestly kinda sad, I used to be a manager at a wednys and I can say this place is lacking while they have a large staff and quicker service times, the food itself leaves something something be desired. The fries I got were cold and soggy, definitely had been left out past the keep time. I looked in and saw that none of the food timers were in use so tha food definitely wasn't fresh. When I asked about getting military discount they said they didn't do that at Wendy. While some people might take this at face value, I know the Aloha system they use and know where to go to add on military discount. Either the the workers were deliberately told to say they didn't offer it or the crew members don't know where to find it. Doesn't matter which is the case though, either way you need to be able to use the system correctly.
Drive thru order was fast and correct, warm and tasty. All that it should've been.
Got my order wrong. Instead of a BLT Chicken Sandwich they gave me 2 buns, lettuce, and a patty. And the buns are stale and hard. Like it’s been sitting in storage for a while. And it was on 4 orders of it too. ??
It's just hard to find good customer service these days. No Vanilla Frostcino available and wouldn't sell just a chicken patty without the bun. They did have a clean restroom that was not locked and open to the public, so that was nice.
Lobby was clean and welcoming. Staff is mostly young teens, but all are polite, patient and helpful. In love with the double bacon chicken sandwich.
Food was okay. Came out fast. Restrooms needed some attention today. Also soda fountains were dirty. Usually this place is much cleaner.
This location is horrible not only did I come to get my order replaced because they messed it up the first time the second time when my friend bit into his sandwich there was a hair in his food, went straight back and told them that one of our sandwiches had a hair in it and Phillip the guy working drive thru not sure if he's a manager or not , straight up said I'll replace your order and I don't want to see you here ever again. Insinuating the hair was either planted or I was lying or anything except for the truth which was it came from whom ever made the order. for one that's just disgusting and for two who treats there customers like that. This Wendy's is a joke and we will be calling corporate for sure. ???
Manager was extremely rude. To employees & to me. I felt bad for the employee, she doesn't deserve to be talked down to. They just hire anyone nowadays to be a manager. So sad.
For a very busy location, Ihet what I ordered in a timely and quick visit. The staff is good with customer service and mostly friendly. This is a frequent choice for the family.
