Had the briskets and gravy in a bowl, very tasty! We also had the avocado toast with a Chai Tea and Americano coffee. Both were great. Liked the outdoor seating with music playing. Great experience!
Great food, loved the breakfast burritos. The portions are big and everything we had was delicious. My family is vegetarian and there were many options for us. They have unique flavors of lemonade such as lavender and rose, both of which were yummy. We love the outdoor space, even when it's hot because they have misters. I look forward to trying their coffee drinks next time I go because the menu looked wonderful!

Employees were great, polite and efficient but food was mediocre. I had the avocado toast with a side of eggs (you can only order scrambled). Neither seemed to have any seasoning. Husband order the breakfast burrito, again very bland and the salsa it came with tasted like jarred pace brand.
Funky Cal Tex menu. Didn’t really care for food preparation recipes. Large servings, good prices, fair service. Pretty clean overall.
We ordered a bacon breakfast burrito, 2 turkey breakfast burritos and a breakfast pizza, along with specialty iced lattes and Americano. Everything was great. We could have shared one burrito and shared the breakfast pizza. They were huge! Very good place to eat and will go again.

I never write negative reviews but the waitstaff were the rudest I have ever encountered!! They acted like my ordering or asking if we seated ourselves was a complete bother to them. Breakfast sandwich had super fatty gross ham, my husband didn't even finish his pepperoni sandwich either...and he rarely leaves food unfinished. Cute atmosphere and if staff weren't so rude would be willing to give the food another try.

Stopped at The Bistro for brunch the other day and was pleasantly surprised. I had the turkey and avocado panini and it was so good! Loved the thick cut slices of turkey and the bread they use is amazing. Also ordered an iced vanilla macchiato and I will be coming back for another very soon. Great atmosphere with indoor and outdoor seating and very friendly staff. Very happy to support a local establishment like this over Starbucks!
