If I could give them ZERO stars, I would!! This Taco Bell is the WORST! They mess up the order EVERY single time I go, and I keep trying to give them a chance. I'm not talking figuratively, LITERALLY 5 times now. It JUST isn't hard to remove tomatoes from the order. Horrible, just horrible incompetence. So much so, I drive 5 miles farther to enjoy Taco Bell and avoid this location. This was the final straw, this Mexican Pizza is just ridiculous. Shame on Taco Bell for not fixing this locations comedy of errors.
Finally the Mexican pizza is back. I was so excited to get one. My coworker ordered online and I picked up lunch at the drive thru. All was fine until I got back to the office. Upon opening our pizzas we discovered the pizzas had little filling and very little sauce on top....the sauce is what makes it delicious! Out of the 4 slices 2 had NO sauce at all on them. Very disappointed.
On 4/12 2pm. They just ignored me. I walked in and stood at the counter. With in a minute I was ready with my order but no one came up to the counter. There was 3 employees. 2 making food 1 working the window. 2 out of the 3 employees keep looking at me. I figured they would either help me or grab the person who is suppose to take orders. 5 minutes went by and no one acknowledged me or said anything me. After the 5 minutes the 3 employees went to the back and didnt come back. So I left. What horrible service!
If you order Long John Silver's here plan on it taking a while. Definitely do not go for your lunch break, you won't have enough time.
Not very many Long John Silvers left in the valley. This one is located in a primary Taco Bell. You have to go inside to get the seafood menu but it's worth the wait. To be fair they do about 80% taco bell orders to the 20% Long John's. So it makes sense going to the drive up and them telling you to order inside for fish for your convenience and wait time.
This location’s crunch wraps are incredibly small, they usually come with a full hash brown in them at other locations, but this location gives me less than half of one in each. The cheese wasn’t melted, and the crunch wrap was mostly egg. Sub par, this is one of many times I’ve gone there and had the same experience.
The employees are pleasant and seem happy to be there. Their pleasantness made us feel good that we stopped there. It is also a clean restaurant. We were there because it is Long John Silver's and we could dine in.
Fun place and the best zoo I've ever been to so far.
Can’t go wrong with Taco Bell. Staff is great and the food is cheap especially with the rewards in the app. Love getting a two dollar burrito for half off then getting a cheesy roll up. I don’t know a single other place I can get a full meal for 3 dollars ??
Went here tonight after a long day at work, was disappointed they were out of the crispy chicken for the new cantina taco but they were awesome and made it right. Great customer service 10/10!
