This store always does a great job! The food is hot and affordable, the staff is friendly and fun, and is a clean store, unlike some of the others I've been to! Keep up the great work! ?
Theres a location 5 miles away from this one. I suggest making the extra drive if you actually want your order made correctly or all the items you PAID for. Workers at this location are either incompetent or simply do not care for their job.
I visited the Taco Bell on Ocotillo and Ironwood and was upset when I got my receipt. The prices I was charged were way higher than the drive thru menu or online state. When I called the manager she said "This happens all the time here, there is nothing I can do about it". I asked for the G.M. number or corporate and she refused saying im too busy to look it up. This is flat out fraud, be aware they are knowingly overcharging. Not sure how this is even legal, but certainly it is unethical.
Didn't get most of what we paid for, Our order was wrong,We received others food and we live in Peoria so non of us wanted to drive back to have anything fixed after a late night event with a handicap child. Just won't stop their again. It was disappointing and so was the staff.
Zoey was an amazing drive thru cashier. Clearly repeated our order and made sure that she marked the tops of our drinks. First one to do that. Just based on that service alone. 100 for her. And use her as a trainer
7 out of 10 times your order is either wrong or missing something when you go through the drive thru. Tonight I ordered then reverified my order once I saw the receipt was wrong and she clarified that she fixed the order verbally with the staff. My order is soooo wrong. It’s burritos without onions so I can’t exactly check it in line. Got home and 3 out of the 4 burritos have onions but no cheese and some how I have 4 extra tacos. I called the store 4 times and it goes straight to busy. A quality control manager would be much appreciated.

Very fast service. I ordered the food and by the time I was done with my fountain drink they were calling me. Got three hardshell taco supreme. Very nicely made friendly staff. Will be coming back soon
Never thought I’d write a review on Taco Bell but DAMN! The soda machine is always out of syrup. Soda tastes like junk every time.
I cannot give a 5 star because their bean burritos are not good. They are gummy & rubberyand not prepared correctly.We go 15 min away to Queen Creek because of this! Plus their crunchy tacos in Queen Creek are so much better too! There meat actually has sauce in it whereas this Taco Bell in San Tan Valley meat is dry and tasteless; unacceptable.It's always this way and never has changed in 1 yr of their openingI wish their manager would teach their employees how to prepare food correctly
