The staff was friendly and professional. The restaurant needs a deep clean ASAP. Starting with the ceiling, the biggest dust bunnies I've ever seen are gowing up there. Some of the ones on the fans are so big they look like there is real danger of one dropping into your lunch. Floors need a good scrubbing, all equipment, tables and chairs need to be wiped down, sanitized and polished.

Usually the staff is super nice and friendly but the woman who helped me and my husband today wasn't, and the guy was super shy and didn't hardly talk at all. I also asked for extra meat on my sandwich (and was charged for it) but she got upset and started arguing because I asked for the turkey club and she went to put ham on it as well saying I said the California turkey. And I said no just the oven roasted turkey club and she threw the ham into the turkey container (cross contamination right?) And did not add the extra meat I had asked for... but she made sure to hurry and ring me up and charge me for it. I have pictures to prove.. this is not ok at all. Also after toasting my sandwich the cheese was not even melted as you can see in the picture. Makes me sad I was not trying to be rude or cause problems but I will not be going there again after that experience.

Very clean nice store

By far this is the worst subway I've ever been to. Very rude, slow and untrained employees with cheap made sandwiches. I'm not sure if management changed within the past couple years but this subway is going downhill.

Updated my review, still a 1 star. This is by far the WORST Subway I've been to. All the employees are slow, the toppings are bottom of the barrel and majority of the staff is untrained, which means they're hiring people who probably didn't watch the training videos. One staff member couldn't tell the difference between oil and vinegar. I had to help them out. The food almost always tastes bad and the bread is cooked too long. You're supposed to toss those in the bin. How do I know this? I was an employee at one back in highschool. I won't be eating here ever again. Go to firehouse, they're the kings of sandwiches.

Hit Walmart at lunchtime, was hungry so I nabbed a foot long ham at the subway franchise inside. They were adequately staffed and there was no wait to order. My sandwich was put together quickly and there was no scrimping on the ingredients. Great fresh bread and fresh meats and veggies too. I haven’t been watching the price of subs and was surprised to see that their foot long standard ham sub with no upgrades is now $8. Even so, it was a large satisfying bite. Some competitor subs are only eight inches.

Slow. Dude behind the counter moves like a sloth

2.5 hours prior to close. Theyre out of bread and not making more. This I like the 3rd time they have told me they are out of bread before 7pm and this location is open until 9pm. Pretty astonishing that the management team let's this fly this consistently.

I'm still surprised you guys don't have Chipotle Southwest anymore but I am grateful you tried your best to help me with a new creation. ^_^

I got a chicken bacon ranch.
