Love, love, love this location. Every single person that works there is so friendly, upbeat, and kind. They always make me feel welcome and go the extra mile. Max is one of my favorites because he suggests ways to make drinks better. Great drinks, staff, and location. Thank you for making my wife and my drinks great.
Got a Frappuccino on Saturday that smelled slightly off but didn’t think anything of it. Woke up Sunday with severe food poisoning. Never going back
Wow this store needs to get it together. They are always behind, the counter is always a gross cross contaminated mess (especially anywhere by Hanna who we nicknamed captain attitude), and 4 out of 10 times they make you the wrong drink. It's a busy area and better training may be in order but I often think that going to any other location would be better. There is a top cup and black rock on my way to work also.
The person who took my order was awesome. I waited longer then someone that ordered after me, then needed to ask the barista for something else. She walked by me twice without acknowledging I was there. I stopped her and asked and she acted like I was messing up her entire day. Wasn't friendly at all.
Pretty awesome people here. The service is top notch. On my first visit here, my order was taken by someone who was super nice & suggested a drink for my kiddos that I knew nothing about, they loved it.
I know businesses get shorthanded every once a while but at least three times a week they Turned mobile orders off which It’s pretty inconvenient hopefully they can figure this out
Held the last grilled cheese for me. My wife craves these things and I went to 3 other before this one to find one lol
Darn it. I know supply chains are all messed up, but holy moly. No coconut, almond, or oat milk. No lemonade. Kinda weird.No getting out of this line, so I’ll drink my single espresso and shut my mouth.Just a heads up if you’re headed to this new location soon.
This locations dinning area was closed so FRYS groceries Starbucks was fabulous
New place and I have been here before. Customer service is always good but today OMG 30min in the drive through lane. It’s getting busy.
