Been here many times with good service but today - nope! 8 people in line; 5 people waiting for their drinks, with one young lady stuck making all the drinks by herself…There were 3 behind the counter. The guy at the register was very friendly to everyone (points!) but then this one dark-haired lady with it in a bun is just busy talking to non-customers and then steps outside of the counter to talk w other customers further back in line, then stepped outside for what looked like a break. As I was leaving, because the line was incredibly long and I had been in it for 15 minutes and still not to the counter, that same lady finally came back in as I was walking out with no drink. She appeared to have no sense of urgency yet the other two were working as fast as they could.

Jacob was great went the extra mile to help me today. Thank you so much!

Friendly staff , clean and quick not to forget a variety delicious coffees, teas ,refreshners and food to choose from . They get my chai right every time ??.

Hot coffee was cold and the service was very slow. Will never waste my time again.

Great service my orders are always on point.

It tasted like they didn’t have any coffee in it, once we got them and it’s all liquidity, it has no sugar, and it doesn’t have any flavor at all.

Honestly I’ve never had a bad experience with Starbucks but this was the worst I’ve had, enough to leave a review for. Don’t come to this location, you’re better off waiting in line at the location on Hunt and Gary right down the street. I order my drink the same at every Starbucks. Since I have a good friend who has worked for Starbucks for a long time and has been recognized with a Starbucks award, I know how to order my favorite drink the cheapest way — green tea with strawberry açaí base, no water, light ice. However, when I went to order it here, I was informed that I HAD to pay for the signature drink, the strawberry refresher…fine whatever, I’ll pay for it. And then I got two bacon Goudas. I received my drinks, but they forgot about my breakfast sandwiches. So I reminded them, OK, no problem. As I’m waiting for the sandwiches I look at my receipt and realized I wasn’t even rung up correctly at all. The two breakfast items are wrong, and at least one drink is wrong (since he said I had to pay for a signature drink, but only rung me up for one, the other something else). Now I’m a little agitated…but whatever, just want my food. Finally get my items, leave and get in my car. As I take a bite of my food, it’s still completely cold in the middle, my cheese isn’t even melted. I had somewhere to be, so can’t go back inside to fix it. Now I’m upset…now I’m writing this review.

Worst customer service. The barista Michelle doesn’t know how to make anything. It’s the worst coffee I’ve had from Starbucks. Never going back

Barista Becky is rude every time I go, cuts me off while ordering and just in general has an attitude. I know it’s not just me thinking that because my family members have also said something about her to me on separate occasions

Despite the horrible experience with the gentleman in the drive thru today being irate and calling names which is NOT typical for I have been coming to this location since Grand Opening.
