Could I please just buy bad tasting coffee without politics being shoved down my throat?? Biden stickers on windows. Won’t return.
The Starbucks stars reward is ambiguous. They have a reward for stars when you buy a vanilla sweet cream cold brew, any latte and any Frappuccino blended beverage but I purchased all three drinks and did not get my reward stars. I asked the employees at Starbucks if what I bought were not correct (although I compared the drinks I purchased to what the required purchase was and everything matched) but they had no idea how to tell. This is actually the second time this happened. Scam..?
My wife and I have been coming here for years. Never any issues. I'm rating finally because today I went while it was raining with my infant daughter and dropped my coffees outside. Since it was raining hard I decided to take my daughter home and then go back to see if they could replace my drinks. Even though it was 20 minutes later and I threw the cups away they made the coffees again. Thank you!
Always employees that I have experienced are friendly, and highly competent. Big thank you to the taller young guy that works in the afternoon-closing shifts. Very pleasant, quick, pours a good drink, and is conscious of guests and knows in which order to do what when he's busy and alone. (Kinda like a good bartender ?).
Esther was so friendly and helpful and amazing!!! I even came in right before close and she still helped me with a smile. I’ll come back for sure just because of her!

Continually disappointed in Starbucks. No seating indoors when many other coffee shops are safely serving. Their involvement in politics does not help my opinion either. Trying to avoid Starbucks this last few months, where it used to be my favorite coffee shop.
The supervisor was kinda mean with her employees...But the girls were cool with me.
