I first off want to state that the customer service in this location is one of the best! Amazing people and always friendly.My reason for giving this location only two stars is that every single time I order a hot coffee or even a hot Americano, the coffee is never hot.It’s always room temperature.The first couple times that i ordered drip coffee I thought that maybe it was an isolated incident. The next time I asked for another regular coffee and I asked if they can make sure it was hot. I was told it wasn’t hot because I have cream in the coffee that’s what makes that room temperature or cold.The weird thing is as I’ve never had that at any other Starbucks location nor other coffee places I go to. I was recommended to just start doing Americanos because they’re hotter. Mind you, I don't like super hot coffee.I took the advice and ordered an Americano. Well, the next two Americanos I ordered were also not hot.I was on told again that it was because there was cream in the Americano. I go to other coffee places like Dutch Bros and Blackrock and Press and many other locations and I’ve never had this issue. I really really like this location and I really want to keep getting coffee from here because it’s convenient to my job and I also like the customer service but I’m not sure what to do at this point. I just feel like nothing will change.
Worst Starbucks on the planet. Don't go here. Black Rock is 1 minute away and is far better and faster.
This location constantly turns off mobile ordering. On Christmas Eve and NYE, they had it on but then locked their doors and everyone had to figure out that they had to get in the very long drive thru line for puck up. A heads up in the app would have been the courteous thing to do. Been going to Dutch bro for coldBrews now. The lines are just as long but the service is so much better, FAST and the drinks are always made right.
Don't waste your time on weekday afternoons. They don't listen to the order, they don't get your drink right and then they throw you an attitude when you ask them to get it right. I felt as though my money and patronage were a great inconvenience to the girl "working" the drive through window.Weekends however are different. Their "A" team is on and the service is much better.
I called New Year’s Eve asking what time they would be open on New Years. They said 6pm. So we get in the drive through line at 4:40ish. Kid you not we waited in line until 4:59 we’re just about to get up to order and they come out saying they close at 5 and are stopping orders ( already in blocked in the driveway). To make matters worse they then put cones blocking everyone in so we could not leave and no one was moving forward. We had to get out and move the cones because the person behind us was about to run them over trying to get out. I worked at Starbucks: this is unacceptable. If you’re going to close off the drive through at least finish the orders of those IN THE DRIVE-THROUGH out of customer service and so they can at least get out and not get blocked in from people not moving forward who are po’d. Literally the worst experience I have ever had and will never go to this location ever again. Management really needs a chat with the employees on how to properly close down.

This is my favorite Starbucks the only issue i had was the new hires not listening but beyond that this will be my favorite coffeehouse. They always do there best to make any issue right so you have a perfect drink experience
This is the worst Starbucks I’ve ever been to. They have messed up my order multiple times. Most of the time the app shows they are out their regular drinks so you have to go in to order just to find out that they aren’t sold out. I decided to give them another chance and ordered again and my coffee was only half full.
