Sorry guys. I've been here a number of times and have had no issue with the staff (they're great!) or the food... until today. Today when I bit into my burger I was treated to a five inch long hair. I gave it to one of the staff members who was as grossed out as I was. Nobody offered my money back though (excluding tip, of course). Your strawberry limeade is awesome but if I really want something like that, I believe I'll go elsewhere.
I give it a low rate cuz i had a coupon in my app, told the person when i ordered i couldn't open it up. I was charged full price. After the whole transaction, I asked where the discount was. I was told i had to get that on the app. Ugg. I just told them it didn't pull up. They should have said: sorry, that is the only way you can get the coupon price. I would have never even ordered that item. I would have just ordered something else. The item i ate tasted horrible. Drove that whole way for nothing.
The most awful food AGAIN!! French fries must have sat around for hours or longer, I asked for a double hamburger with lettuce and tomato and onion ONLY! I got a cheeseburger with pickles that were wilted and old! No sides of catsup and mustard as asked!! Chocolate malt was not a malt but a shake but was the only thing decent! Second time at this Hunt Highway location of disgusting food!! Will never go back again!!
When I pay for a cheeseburger I expect it with cheese. When I ask you to bring a cheeseburger out you don’t bring out the cheese to put on my burger. You remake it. Quiet hiring just anyone half your employees are worth the 12.5 an hr you pay them. Pony tail boy on his rollerblades needs to figure out what it means to be in customer service. I’m out
Overall, food quality was okay. I went an hour and a half before close. My tater tots were cold, and my wife had a powerade that tasted like water, and I received no sauce with my popcorn chicken. When submitting a review, I had to call the corporate office as the stores corporate ID number wasn't listed on the receipt. They were willing to provide it, and I was able to complete my survey but not without jumping through several unnecessary hoops.
The servers were great but they gave us a burger with no patty they only gave us topping in the burger not the burger patty itself . They also gave me a cone but didn’t mix in the toppings they just put all the toppings on the bottom of the cone. The topping spill all over the place and all the drinks are watered down
I do not recommend coming to this location.I just left sonic and I had a small altercation at the drive-through. I ordered over $50 worth of food since nothing was open on Christmas Day. After the young girl handed me my drinks I waited patiently While waiting for the food. As I was waiting for my order, I observed a young man put his hand inside were the ice is stored and began to throw the ice at other employees.He did this three times. When the young girl came to the window with my order I handed her my drinks and told her I observed that boy put his hand in where the ice is stored can you please exchange my drinks. She replied with (oh no he just started doing that) And I replied with regardless it's not OK for him to put his hand inside there nor is it ok for the next person in line to have to have filthy disgusting ice. She rolled her eyes took my drinks and exchanged them, Well so I think she did because she went out of view.There was no manager in sight. When i go got home i throw the drinks away. Look at the cameras between 8:20 to 8:45pm and you will see this young man do these things.Also I did not get my wife's chicken sandwich. I payed 51.38 for nothing.
Service above and beyond. They forgot straws and promptly returned to the store to retrieve them for me.
It's a sonic! A little slower than normal however I was there right after lunch so they may have just been recovering from the rush.
This place is always out of something. I love Sonic but this location is not good. Placed and order for 4 family members, they brought out food for three and stated sorry we are out of Buffalo. So while we wait for new chicken for the 4th order the rest of our food got cold. Tots were so over cooked they were dark brown and dry.
