Let me start by saying the service was FANTASIC!! The service alone makes me want to come back! Now, onto the food, delicious! We got the double bacon cheeseburger and it was very filling! The smashfries are well worth the small upgrade charge too! We didn't know it at the time, but we were talking to who we think is the franchise owner and he gave us some Brussel sprouts to try, OMG! 5 stars for sure!
Price seems a bit high, to not include a side, but was good quality and flavor. Four of us opted for tots and received between 8 and 12 tots per order which seems pretty stingy for $3 bucks. One of our children's orders, tenders with tots, took so long that most of us were finished before it came out. 1st visit to Smashburger and didn't really smash it at $104 for 4 adults and 4 children.
Terrible service. All the tables were filthy. I was handed a discussing rag to clean my own table after asking for it to be wiped. Had to go and ask for our beers after waiting 10-15min. The girl had completely forgotten. The fellow that brought them out had black and dirt all around his fingernails, he works in the kitchen. I was not able to eat after seeing this. My cod burger looked as though is was soaked in grease and only a tiny amount of sauce. Although I didn’t taste it, I don’t imagine it would have been edible.
The staff was very friendly, the order was for four and didn't take very long at all. The food was good and what I really liked from the burger was that when I finished it , I didn't feel stuffed and it didn't make me tired like other burgers do. When I'm in the mood for a burger I'm going to smash burger for sure.
Place not busy inside, the 4 of us each recieved everything separate then the fries were cold. Waited 30 min for an order to go. Their online orders were apparently more important than the customers inside. Will not be going back.
Just a fantastic burger. Everything tastes fresh and delicious, paired with a shake and it's a great lunch.
Our experience was extremely dissatisfying this evening. We stood in line for 10 minutes just to be told it would be an additional 30 min for food. We agreed to wait, the employee taking our order had his hat on so low we couldn’t see his face, he didn’t make eye contact with me once, I could barley hear him because he was looking down the whole time, extremely unprofessional. The two girls bagging and plating orders were eating off to the side, joking and hollering at their coworker in the kitchen. The whole 37 minutes we waited for our food the employees messed around, they even threw French fries at one another over the counter. When they finally brought us our food they messed up two of our burgers and completely forgot one of our meals. We left beyond frustrated with the whole experience. Will not be returning or recommending this location.
The BBQ brisket burger is one of the best things ever invented. Seriously. You'll need a walk and a nap after one. The fried brussel sprouts are my new favorite snack.I order this without pickles. I like pickles, but pickles and barbeque sauce is just weird. They get my order right on the 1st try 4 out of 5 times, which is the reason for one star off.
Food was prepared to order and the burgers were great the fries were well done.(dry & hard) We ate most of them. The cashier, the servers, and all were very friendly and courteous.
We went to Smashburger for dinner tonight and we were very pleased. The burger itself tasted homemade, not just something taken out of the freezer and thrown on the grill. Cashier was very friendly and the place was cleanOn the downside, the food was on the greasy side but nothing that would deter me from going back again
