There food was USUALLY amazing. So amazing we go pick dinner up weekly there this past month HOWEVER tonight May 6 around 3pm pick up was not so good. The recipes changed added some red things in tacos that weren't there before, way less cheese, chicken was dry, fries undercooked & I didn't get my sample size bean dip and chips with my pick up order as they usually give me. They have also raised there prices! Gave 4 stars cause it wasn't awful just not as good as usual. I wish to they sold tacos individually
I hadn’t eaten at this Serranos since I was a kid. Tonight my husband and I decided to give it a try and we were shocked at how good it was! The quality has turned around completely, our food was delicious. Even after getting it curbside, by the time I got home it was still just as if it had been served table side. The girl who brought the food out to the car was super nice both in person and on the phone. This experience was genuinely so pleasant we will be coming back again for sure!

Service was great, food was delicious, atmosphere was fun and relaxing. This was our first visit to Serrano's, having only recently moved to the area, and this will definitely be our go-to Mexican restaurant. Our server, Maria, was so helpful and fast, even though we could tell she had several tables. The seasoning on the machaca beef was really good.
We have eaten here a few times over the years… It’s always been good. Tonight was more of the same… We had an excellent server named Brandon and rewarded him nicely with a good tip… The food was amazing I even requested a special off menu item in my shrimp enchiladas. Great food great service, the best refried beans I’ve ever had, my wife’s food was awesome too we will definitely come back. Again, it was the trifecta… Great food great service and not a long wait. Awesome.
This was a great choice after golf at Las Colinas. The service was great, atmosphere is nice and they have good happy hour specials.

A bit of a wait to get seated. Wait staff was very friendly and helpful. Food was excellent and plentiful. Food is prepared a bit different than normally expected. Ie; tamales were more like a burrito. Hard to taste the cornmeal wrap and not certain it was made with it. Much more meat in all the items than expected.
Service is the worst it's been in years. No on greets you when you're seated, once they finally do bring the basics they aren't able to recognize when refills are needed and dont come back to check on you. The staff gathers by the bar area and socializes. Guess we need a different spot for tacos and margaritas
Moved here recently, and found this jewel of a restaurant. My family's go-to Mexican food! The stuffed Chile Rellanos and the fresh tortillas are AMAZING. Friendly staff, and good atmosphere. You can't go wrong eating here.
