Okay for breakfast food. Nuttin fancy. Quick friendly service. Potatoes need to be crispier and salsa needs a little kick. Probably be back, but only during the week, not really worth a long wait.
We were ignored the first 15 minutes we were seated. Then the waitress, whom I had not seen walking around before so she may have just come on shift, came by to ask if we'd like coffee. She was really nice. The food was okay but really not worth the drive.
This was my first time here. The food was awesome and the service was great. I would definitely recommend this place and will be coming back!
Food was o.k. but the service left a little something to be desired. We sat for 10 minutes before they even asked if we would like something to drink. I realize that it is a small Cafe and staff but come on. Just acknowledging customers goes a long way but that is world we no longer live in...lol..Well, we will move on and keep trying places that like our money
The food was so good! My husband got the meat lovers omelette and I got the veggie omelette and we were both very satisfied. The service is excellent, she even brought out my water bottle that I’d left! So good!

If I could do zero stars I would. Didn’t even get to sit down. We called ahead and we’re told that it would be 20 minutes. The hostess was extremely rude and snippy and told the first person that arrived that everyone would have to wait outside. We did as instructed, and when another person in our party came in to check the status of our table, before he could get words out the hostess snidely said “wait outside”. After waiting almost 40 minutes we went in a second time only to be argued with by the hostess “saying we can’t seat you until everyone is here from your party.” We we’re all there, waiting outside as instructed the entire time. How can you tell if an entire party is there if you don’t let anyone wait in the restaurant or have any other way of contacting them. Secondly, when someone opens the door checking on the table only to get chastised and yelled. Never ever again. Pick some where else
Immediately upon walking in, I was taken back to my time growing up in Louisiana and the surrounding areas. The tables were plastered with local business cards which always gives that community feel. The hostess and servers were friendly, making sure I had been helped and letting me know what was going on. The server had forgotten to put my order in but was honest in letting me know and rushing the order.I got the chicken fried steak and eggs with a side of bacon to fit that southern comfort theme. Each piece was solid but the stand out was the creamy and flavorful gravy, I can see why the recommendation is the biscuits and gravy.
Friendly local breakfast and lunch spot in old town Queen Creek. I came for lunch and had a small steak with salad. The steak was surprisingly good, flavoful and cooked just right. The biscuits and gravy looked really good and the crunchy French toast is delicious. The decor is cute. Definitely will return.
