Pizza was really good! The only thing that bothered me was I called in my order and spoke to a nice young lady. I placed my order of 2-12” pizzas, she told me about the special of 2-12” pizzas for $9.99 each. I told her that sounded great! One pizza was a thin crust one topping the other was a deep dish three topping she said the deep dish may be a little more but not much more she then gave me my total order price of $20.98.When I picked up the pizza my total was $29.89 I asked the young man what changed and why the price went up almost $9 he said it’s because of the deep dish having three toppings instead of two. So almost $9 for 1 additional topping?? this is certainly not a big deal but would’ve been nice to know that I was spending $30 on two pizzas I probably would’ve went elsewhere had I know!
The pepperoni on this plate is from one small piece of pizza. I couldn’t bite or cut through it. The other picture is the baked lasagna, it was basically soup. Ate one piece of pizza and threw the both the lasagna and pizza out.
The experience I had at this Rosati’s location was fantastic. The staff was very friendly and willing to help. I had ordered take out and arrived early, however the staff was great at communicating when my order would be ready. The quality of the deep dish pizza was up to par and would recommend the Canadian bacon with pineapple to anyone. I will definitely order from this location again. Thanks for the great service!
Always amazing food. Great Chicago Pizza. Great value. Friendly competent employees. I eat here every week and can't get enough, it is that good. As matter of fact. I'm eating Rosati's Chicago Style Pizza right now! They also have Chicago-style roast This is not LIttle Ceasar Pizza, yuck!. This is real pizza, with the best cheese, baked perfectly. You pay a little more because it cost more to make quality pizza. Everything they make that I have eaten is a feast. I love Rosati's and if you are a pizza lover, you will too!
The service was great, Pizzas out right on time. The only thing though, the pizzas were horrible. I ordered from them many times, never this bad, in fact, I ordered from there a couple of months ago, it was great. I ordered three for the Superbowl, I was embarrassed to serve them. The stuffed pizzas where all dough. I might as well have eaten a loaf of bread. I am from Chicago and have eaten stuffed pizzas for about 50 years. Never this bad.
We ordered a family meal deal of salad, pizza, wings, and cinnamon sticks at 3:30 pm for a delivery time of 5:30-5:45 pm. The food was delivered at 6:10 pm. The delivery girl apologized for it being so late, which was nice. Pizza, salad, and wings were delicious. Cinnamon sticks came without the cream cheese frosting, which was a bummer. We get deliveries often and have never had an issue like we had on Saturday which is why I’m giving Rosati’s 4 stars instead of 5. ?
I had placed an order a few days in advance. They made sure everything was correct for the order. They are family friendly, very curtious, and great food. I would definitely go again!
Ordered pizza over.the phone. Told 30 minutes. Go there in 30 minutes to see 3 employees at front counter talking to 2 customers. My order wasn't even started. Waited another 15 minutes while they made my order and baked it and the 3 employees still talked to the same 2 customers. Employees were very friendly. I recommend not wasting your time ordering on the phone and just go the the store and oder there. Have had the same problem with this location in the past.
I ordered two 12 inch pizzas & wings,One gluten free and one regular thin crust. When they were delivered we could not figure out which pizza was which and it’s extremely important that I do not eat any gluten.I called to ask and the Manager had me text pics of both to tell them apart.If you need gluten free definitely ask them to mark the box, which should be automatic.The pizza itself is decent but not as good as it use to be. The chicken wings were excellent.
When the food is correct and hot its amazing, unfortunately that's rarely the case. Doesn't matter if you pick up or have it delivered. I've waited for a pizza to come out of the oven and immediately taken the order home and the pasta was cold.
