I went to piza hut to order my usual $10 large 3 topping taste maker. When I got to the location the worker informed me it was no longer $10 but $12.99+tax. I asked is this a recent change, he said "yes". Confused, I said "ok" and paid $14.10.5 minutes later, I check my app to make sure I'm not confused and I see on the deals that "$10 3 topping large tastemaker" is available at this location. I informed that same worker, with my app in hand, and told him I'm seeing the $10 deal right now. He then proceeded to tell me "I'm not sure if that's an email or something but we don't do that deal". I say " no this is the current app I'm looking at and your telling me that most of what on here is fake?" He then says "I'm no sure, I don't even look at that I just look at what it says on my screen and what it says is $12.99+tax"I say "ok, well do u guys still do the crust flavoring?" He says "what do u mean?" And me, shocked, says "the buttery crust flavor, original flavor, garlic parm etc." Then says "oh we haven't done that in over a year. All we have is butter"I was just at this pizza hut in May and now I'm being told that deals don't exist and are fake (even though I'm on the website and app) and that pizza crust flavors are no longer an option. This guy was very sweet and kind and they made an excellent pizza but that experience really left a sour taste in my mouth and made me feel like I can no longer trust pizza hut deals/apps/ or news.

Just tried having 100+ pizzas delivered for our holiday party. I am THREE miles away from the store and they state that I am outside of their delivery area. Papa John's is 10 miles away and they have no problem delivering here....guess who gets my money.

Don't believe the wait times quoted on their app! I waited 50 minutes to be told that my pizza still had not been made yet. They quoted me another hour. This happens all the time. It's just too small of a location for the capacity of our area.

I haven’t had Pizza Hut for at least 10-15 years. They seem a bit pricey for $40 for 2 pizzas and breadsticks but the quality is really soft for pan, flavor was great but they are super greasy. After my 2nd slice I loved it but the 3rd one with the amount of grease upset my stomach a bit for hours. Other then that maybe I’ll try it again in 20 years to see if it improves.

My son and I always order from this location since they opened up a few months back. In the beginning, food was great. Lately, not so good. Tonight, I actually ordered the big box meal. Pizza was mostly crust, and I can tell it was just thrown together. When I ordered my food at 6:20pm, it said delivery was about 7:05pm. Well, 7:35 came along delivered by door dash. It was cold by the time I received my meal. I was upset because I waited an hour for cold pizza. I took it right back up to that location and got a refund. Not a happy customer. Will definitely not going to order for delivery ever again.

Found a random stick on my pizza. Paid $28 total only was refunded about $20. Absolute trash Pizza Hut. Support small businesses. Don't give these people any of your money 0 stars. And yes that's $28 for 1 pizza.

It's a brand new store and they're still training and working the kinks out. People need to be more understanding. My experience was fantastic. I haven't eaten at Pizza Hut in many years and I found the pricing on their "deals" to be super reasonable and the food was amazing. I picked up in store and they were only running slightly behind schedule, which was totally fine. The pan pizza was as good as I remembered from my childhood and the Buffalo wings (traditional) were tender and delicious. My order was a complex one and no mistakes were made. Staff was super friendly and seemed organized. Ordering their pasta dishes tonight!

for starters, I did not get everything I ordered. I could have interrupted my family evening and called the local Pizza Hut to maybe just maybe get my lost items an hour later but I was annoyed. I do have a large family, and I have come to expect that 9 out of 10 of my drive thru fast food orders will have an item or two missing, but when ordering pizza this is not my usual experience. Secondly, the pizza and pasta I did receive both seemed to have almost no marinara/pizza sauce on them. That made my noodles tough and unappealing, and my pizza was just not great. It also all had a odd smell.

Disappointed- cold/soggy pizza with hardly any cheese on stuffed crust pizza, which was one of only reasons we ordered :( Wings and cinnamon bread were equally disappointing. The breadsticks were good, but definitely not worth over $50 spent.

I understand they got busier than expected with it being New Years Eve but I placed my order at 7:11 pm, got a text that my order was out for delivery at 9:06, pizza arrived around 10:15. Pizza was still good but I think your company should staff your pizza shops better than this. Is it short staffed because of the people who do not want to work?
