Customer service is great. I used the app to order my pizza. I put weekday i would like on the pizza. The staff prepared and made my pizza quick and delivered it in a speedy fashion. I was greeted by the delivery personnel who made me feel as though they appreciated me shopping with them. I always have good experience with this location. Thank you.
The manager here, Alyssa, is absolutely unprofessional. I have had issues with other pizza huts and my order was refunded almost immediately. I waited over an hour for nothing to happen, no pizza delivered, nada. Then I called and just asked them to cancel it. She proceeded to tell me “her driver” said she delivered the pizza contactless. Bruh, there was no pizza near my house I have ring cameras 360°. I could go on and on, this place is ran horribly. They need to look into rearranging leadership who follows policy like the other pizza huts.
This place rules!If I owned a company, I'd want these folks working for me.Order is always perfect.I usually get the giant party box. Have no idea what sauce everyone wants.These folks make sure I have plenty.Great folks!If I could give 20 stars, I would.

Parking was packed so I couldn't do the curbside pickup. The pizza was about 4 minutes overdone and the crust was almost too hard to be eaten
Dinner box option is perfect. Food was assembled and cooked correctly. Delivery was prompt and courteous, leaving food on the porch as requested. Great job to your team on Power Rd in Gilbert - my family is full and happy!
The lady that just answered the phone was so rude. She got mad because I asked her how much her large pizzas were....I don't know why the question bothered her, but she has no people skills...she shouldn't be answering the phone ..if I could put zero stars I would. 1/15/2022
Did curbside delivery and no one ever came out. Multiple staff could be seen through windows and recognized car in parking stall, but did not attend. Had to go inside store, got no napkins and very-to-little recognition of being a customer.
The delivery guy was so kind and left the food at my front door and called me to let me know the order had been delivered.
Bacon was undercooked to the point we picked it off the first pizza, the second pizza had very few banana peppers, cheese, no real extra sause, the boneless wings where sauseless and dry! Hate to say it but this was the absolute worst dinner I have gotten from pizza hut. Will definitely not order from that location again ?
