Pizza came uncooked so we called for a refund. They offered to remake it and we hesitated but agreed after confirming that the pizza will be well done and even crispy as long as it's COOKED. Came back uncooked AGAIN. Customer service was mediocre and obviously for a pizza joint they don't know how to do the one thing they are supposed to do. COOK a pizza.
Pizza Hut has always been my favorite pizza! But lately you’ve been off a step or two. I ordered a stuffed crust pizza. But lately it’s been greasy and the crust is soggy. On top of that, they slices were not fully cut. We had to literally rip the pizza apart.
I ordered through the app showed up when order was ready was then rudely told by the gal at the drive through window it would be another 45 minutes to an hour. And there was only 1 person making the pizzas but there was more than 1 employee in the store. I used to work for pizza places in the past and never missed a pick up or delivery estimated time we hustled and only got the pizzas out in a timely manner.
The order was 15 to 20 minutes late and the two orders of breadsticks were as hard as hockey pucks and were thrown away. The chicken alfredo had zero flavor. Not impressed at all.
I ordered my pizza and it said the expected time was 20 minutes. I know with it being a Saturday night that it may be busy so I waited a half an hour to get my pizza. When I get to the location, they only have there drive thru open and I end up waiting behind someone for 20+ minutes. Anytime I go to this location and my order isn’t done, usually I will swing back around to allow others to get there food. I ended up trying to call inside and ask if they could bring it out to me and numerous people walk passed the phones and don’t answer them. After being lost in the phones for 18 minutes, I finally hung up and Ended up at the window where I told them to just cancel my order. Also when I made it to the window my pizza was just sitting on the counter, not even in a warmer. I go to Pizza Hut a lot and now I don’t want to because of this one location. Such horrible service and I still haven’t had my money refunded.
I did an online order and requested to get extra hot pepper flakes--i'll get to this in a minute. It took over an hour for the food to be delivered, which I understand it gets busy. However my food came in COLD, dry, and the pizza wasn't cut completely through. I also noticed on the receipt that someone was nice enough to write "pepper flakes are .99 next tine you will have to pay". Okay .99 won't break the bank however why not be lazy and pick up the phone and inform me so I can give you the .99 that you snidely commented on? I think I deserved that freebie after recieving my COLD and dry pizza. Note to management: train your people how to cook food and on customer service. If the manager wrote that beautiful note, then you need much more training. A phone call would have fixed the issue.
The crust was absolutely horrible. Flat tasted like cardboard. Also, 19.00 for a dozen wing pieces , small pieces, is an absolute joke. I spent 60.00 on food that the pizza wasn’t edible and the wings were tiny. No, I will not recommend this place to anyone.
Not the greatest. I use to order from them often but this is the straw for me. Way to much sauce, hardly any cheese and under cooked,the pazone I ordered a meaty one and didn't even get pepperoni, sides burnt. Definitely will not be ordering here again.
The dough was over or under proofed as the texture was very wrong. There was so little cheese for a pan pizza which is supposed to have 25 percent more I had to take cheese off other pieces and throw away half the pizza.
I took pictures of my pizza. It was not fully cooked. Should have been left in longer and was definitely taken out too soon.
