Our server Lennon was awesome! Also our food, as well as my glass of wine l, took longer than usual to come out to us but we said nothing.. there was only a few other tables actually occupied so we thought maybe just short staff was the problem. When my wine came Lennon was very apologetic as well as when our food came the food runner was as well. We were very impressed. Come to find out they comped my glass of wine due to the wait on the items. Great customer service which is very hard to find these days. Also our food was amazing!! Thank you Queen Creek Pita Jungle! We will definitely be back!

Overall like good but simply too loud. If you like loud no problem, if you don't like loud restaurants don't go.

Really love Pita Jungle but unfortunately experienced terrible service at this location. Seated at a dirty table. Asked to have it cleaned, OK. Got our shared appetizer, but no plates or pitas (did she get distracted?) Waited 10 minutes while the waitress disappeared. Asked for pitas and the manager, waitress disappears and continues to check on other tables while ignoring ours. Eventually the manager shows up with cold, stale pita but with no concern for why she was asked over. Ignored until the end and had to ask for the check. Several staff standing around chatting, food came cold after sitting on the kitchen takeaway counter for too long. All around very odd, uncomfortable, and embarrassing especially as we took family visiting from out of state and had raved about how great it was here. Unfortunately never again.

UPDATE APR 28 2022. Ordered take out. My wife had the wood-fired Norwegian Salmon served with garlic-herb smashed potatoes and wilted spinach and I had the Philly Steak pita prepared with savory roasted mushrooms, onions and bell pepper. Both items were a hit. I've seen other reviews on the salmon dish that weren't good but we are particular about food, especially seafood and this dish deserves 5 stars, as did my Philly steak pita. I'm an avid cook and when I noticed how heavy my steak pita was I tossed it onto my digital food scale and was pleased to see the weight at 13.2 ounces - almost a pound of really tasty food. And my beef was served with a touch of au jus, making it moist. When you think of a restaurant named Pita Jungle your mind is naturally taken in that direction - pita pockets with mostly veggies. Pita Jungle is so much more. There are food items for all tastes including vegetarian and vegan. My wife has eaten here before. First time for me. Wow. Very impressed. The business name doesn't do it justice. They have a full bar and they also serve wood-fired pizza. We went for lunch at about 1:00 and the place was very busy. Unfortunately for the pizza restaurant right next door, not busy at all.I had the Mediterranean Tuna Pita Pocket and my wife had the Chicken Avocado Pita Tostada with Cauliflower Hummus. These bites are LARGE. The pockets are very thin so don't expect to be able to pick these up and eat like a sammy. You'll need a fork. Incredibly fresh, crispy and tasty. Excellent value for the small cost. Our server was friendly and attentive. We were seated immediately. We'll be going again. And again.

What a good experience! Actually visited twice as it was so good. Healthy options especially if you are gluten free. Great flavors and good service. A place we’d go back to when we are in the area. We’ll done!

Love this place! First time trying and it was super yummy. Atmosphere is more bar like and not super cozy, but it’s a fun night out. Food was excellent, but portions. Service was great. Place was a little dirty, but it was a busy Saturday night.

I absolutely love Pita Jungle! There is such a variety of menu items to choose from. This location is fantastic. The employees are very friendly and attentive. The hummus trio is a family favorite. I ordered the Philly steak bowl for the first time, on my last visit, and it will probably be my go to from now on! I have a family member that is vegan and there are many options for him also.

You can never go wrong with Pita Jungle, but a locations customer service and training skills can be the pitfall of any restaurant. This location has poor customer service and needs to improve their training. Let alone their team handled our situation poorly. I would highly recommend the Val Vista location, but NOT this location. Here's why:The server and bartender had no clue about their wine list. Even if you don't drink wine, there should be notes to share what certain wines are like. The sample was better and different (in taste and color) than the wine bottle brought out to us. Once we notified it was wrong, the server went to manager and bartender. The manager came out an apologized, but did nothing to help us or show sincerity. The server brought out two more samples, but when we pointed the one she called Sentra she seemed confused on which one was which. Once we received our glass, we noticed she must've forgotten which was what and got the wrong one thus again. We stayed quiet because it was already poorly managed and handled. I gave her my card which then the server knocked the glass onto my friend. Yet again, another poorly handled situation. She charged us in full for our wine and not even a note about being sorry. Customer service goes a long way and I will not step foot into this location again. We ended up paying in full for our wine, not even an apology from her or from the manager. As someone who as worked in the restaurant and service industry, this was unacceptable service.Pita Jungle Queen Creek, I would highly recommend giving your staff, especially servers, with better training in the customer service arena and familiarity with your menu. Just a little sincerity from your team or even a discount, would have been shown in my tip. Also, when a pregnant person mentions needing more water and being very thirsty -- maybe take a second to realize that you will likely need to do rounds better or come up with a solution to make sure she doesn't go without water.

I would’ve normally given this place 5 stars but today I watched my meal sit under the heat lamp for over 15 mins while they were making my husbands food. I almost sent it back but it wasn’t the servers fault and she was really young and I wasn’t going to make her feel bad for the cooks poor management of time and there was 6 guys in the kitchen preparing food and the restaurant wasn’t even that busy. I prefer my food to be hot when I get it. Do better Pita Jungle!

The business had 10 patrons the day we went in. Our waitress sat us down, took our drink order, and returned minutes later, without my beer. I was told she had to change the keg. I got my beer about 12 min later. Our food was ordered, mine, a Philly cheese pita was ready about 20 min later, where I watched it sit on the counter for an additional 20 minutes before our food was brought to us. We were very disappointed in the service, and will NEVER return. Customer service in this industry is key, they lacked this on our visit.
