Had an awful experience with Papa Johns that resulted in getting no pizzas. On 6/10/22 I called and placed a order for pick up 10:15am for the the next day. I called the morning of 6/11/22 and a employee told me she didn’t see a order placed and the pizza and wouldn’t be ready until 10:30. I said okay and told her I wanted 5 cheese and pepperoni. She told me rudely she need to stop wasting time and get onto my orders. I later arrived at 10:30 and she told me she still didn’t see a order placed even though I have placed 2 times now. So I had to go else where to get the pizzas for the event my company was hosting. A lot of miss communication and poor customer by that one employee

DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR BUSINESSIf I could give ZERO stars, I would. The manager (apparently Jessica is her name according to other reviews) is the rudest person ever. They messed up our order, and the manager begrudgingly gave us 2 free pizzas when my husband called in just to see if he accidentally ordered wrong. We tried to cash in on our free pizzas and the manager was screaming at my husband over the phone the entire time. When he went to pick up our order, she threw our pizzas on the counter. The order was wrong again. A pepperoni pizza, which I cannot eat, instead of the sausage we ordered. She once again screamed at my husband when he pointed it out, refused to fix it, and stormed out. So now I have to scrounge up snacks to eat for dinner and hope I’ll produce enough milk to breastfeed my baby throughout the night

Store #3327Had another issue with delivery of item. Was told that driver left at front door. Wasn’t there. (I have a door bell camera like many others that notify when motion/someone at the door )…..Not the first time we had issues with this from this location.Probably not going to give my business to them anymore….

This behavior is apparently very common and a couple posted a very similar experience with video of the manager’s outburst 2 weeks ago. Corporate said they escalated the complaint so something will hopefully be done about her

Hmm interesting ! Seems like we are not the only ones Jessica treats horribly, yells at, and hangs up on, the absolute worst customer service from her ! We get the wrong order and she wants us to wait another 2 hours for the corect pizza or just take a refund. Deal with it we are busy is her attitude... as I called back and she puts the phone down I hear her dealing with other messed up orders in the background, doesn't ask me to hold just pushes me aside. Take it or leave it. Shaque would be appalled ? on a serious note if she had handled things with a better attitude we would have been more understanding things happen but where is the customer service gone to these days ?

Placed an order online with a wait time of over an hour. No big deal it's a Friday night so I get it. We saw the delivery guy on our ring door bell walk up to the door and then walk away.. no pizza left. We waited 10 minutes and decided to call the restaurant to see what happened and was informed that our order was delivered to the wrong house and that the driver was working on getting our pizza back. Insinuating that they were going to take the pizza back from the people they delivered it to and redeliver it to us. We told them that we would not feel comfortable taking a pizza that was handled by someone else that wasn't a Papa John's employee. The girl on the phone started sounding really annoyed and rudely said "I guess we can remake it then but like we are really busy so it will take another hour or more." We told them that was unacceptable and just to cancel our order and refund our money which she replied "fine It's cancelled" and hung up the phone. Trust me I work in the service industry and get that mistakes happen but their refusal to accept responsibility or sheer lack of an apology was just unacceptable. I would recommend to avoid this Papa John's location if possible. We have been ordering from here for years but as of recently they just can't seem to get things right, not sure if it's a management change but something isn't working here anymore. This isn't our first time having an issue with this location hence why I am leaving a review.

We are regular Papa John customers. This location has major issues. Jessica, the "Boss" treats customers horribly and has a difficult time handling stress. Don't even try coming here on a busy weekend night unless you want to be yelled at. We came into the store to pick up on our way home 30 minutes after ordering and was told it would be another 30 minutes. I simply said that we're told it would be ready and she snapped and said it would be ready when it's ready and I could gladly go somewhere else. She did this to several others as we sat there waiting for our pizza. Good pizza, unacceptable service.

Jessica, the general manager there is rude, disrespectful, lack of customer service, and completely un helpful. She hung up on us while we were calling in to check on our delivery mobile order (2 hrs later). She said we lied and we didn't place anything and it doesn't show on her records that we had placed a order. We told her we have thr confirmation # from the mobile app and it charged us and everything. She hangs up on us....Funny how when my husband goes to the store because of her hanging up, she was able to "refund"our order. ? Interesting seeing how according to her, "we are lying and didn't place anything so she doesn't know what we are talking about". But refund along with receipt given ?‍♀️I hope whomever is the franchise owner he/she follows up with this complaint and either writes her up or fire her. You might lose more customer with an attitude like hers as an employee (or G.M.) according to her. Either way.... Queen Creek Papa John's lost us as customers now.

I have to start this off by laughing. If you want to get a take out order you have to pick up your order by 9:40p. We pulled up at the store a few minutes past that and they wouldn't give us our pizza, they were delivery only after 9:40. They told me that I needed to pay to have my pizza delivered...TO THE PARKING LOT IN FRONT OF THE STORE, $5 to walk out the door. This is insane. The only reason they get 3 stars is because the pizza is actually good, but that store rule is so outrageous everyone in our house laughed, I had to put my phone on speaker so it could be heard by others because they thought I was joking. I still can't say this with a straight face, it is that crazy. So much for customer service!

This place is always awesome! Friendly employees and decent pizza on the cheap. Appreciate everything you do.
