We used to order here about 4 times a week but we noticed the food quality decline this past year.The staff at this location is always friendly and our order is always precisely as we ordered and on time.Unfortunately the chain is noticeably cutting too many corners on quality of food. Lettuce is lower quality, extremely hard bread, no more tomatoes with the salad, and Parmesan cheese used to be shaved and now it’s the grated powder cheese.We hardly ever visit Panera now.Not worth the cost anymore.
Please PLEASE stop contaminating the cinnamon bagels with the onion bagels. I don’t know if they are stored snuggled up together or if it comes from the slicer but there is nothing more disgusting than getting a big mouth full of onion on a cinnamon bagel. It is so overpowering I can still taste it an hour later. It’s happened about six times now and I’m about to give up on ordering bagels at all. PLEASE!!! I beg you, STOP!!!!
What is with these PORTIONS!? The half salad was about 5 bites worth. Paying $30 for basically a snack. Save the trip, go to Salad & Go.
First off I am not a big fan of chain restaurants but Panera breaks the mold.Panera is consistently good keeping the place clean and the staff is friendly.The food and drinks taste great and they have healthy options along with sweets.If you have not been here yet go check them out and let me know what you think.In a side note the prices are pretty affordable compared to many places like this.Thanks Panera!!
I've never had a bad experience here. I have special orders every time, and am always pleased with service!
Ordered delivery for soup and a smoothie.They never mention size of smoothie on the app put they do show a picture which completely misrepresents the size you actually get. Would have never ordered it if I knew it was going to be in a kids cup especially for the price
Sooooo Goooood!...Steak w/white cheddar cheese...and Mac and cheese w/broccoli!....Awesome!...Agave lemonade and Papaya Green tea!...It was heaven!...Love this place!

I have not been in a while and there menu has some new items. The chicken salad was good as well as their bread, but not as good as Wildflower Bread or the old Paradise Bakery.
Great food, great customer service. Outside dining was nice as well!
