Jack (according to the receipt) was very friendly & stretched thin due to the high volume of customers at the time I visited on a Sat early evening. Maintained his composure & professionalism in spite of some unfriendly customers. I will be back. THANKS AGAIN BRADDAH!!!

Daniel son assisted me this morning. He smiled so bright and genuine through that mask. My shake is amazing and even got one new spoon after dropping the one in his hand on counter. We need more Daniels in the world. He even let me humor him with my dad jokes. Nice job Daniel son. Keep kickin butt!

Have been coming to this location for a few years but its becoming an absolute mad house at all times of the day, five to seven people in line oftentimes only 1-2 workers getting slammed. It wasn't this bad a few years ago and the Higley store is much slower. Shakes are almost always made quality and the workers are generally friendly.
I’ve been here at least 10 times to get a quick smoothie and every time I come, I order the same thing... and yet the same drink is always made differently depending on who’s behind the counter. Absolutely no consistency whatsoever. Even if you are very specific with what you want in your smoothie, they’ll still make it however they want. Tonight was especially bad though. Went in with a friend and we both ordered two completely different drinks and we were basically served the same bland thing. Make the trip down Power to Jamba – much better flavor, nutrition, consistency in how drinks are made, and overall experience.
