Ordered take out. Picked up a $36.00 order and only received half of my order. Owner Martina refused to call me back,took my money and did not deliver my food. Stole money from me and will not call me back. I have spoken to two different onsite managers, employees etc. No one cares. Terrible!!!

Went in tonight for a Moreno’s burrito with shredded beef and deep fried enchilada style and chili relleno , when we asked what was inside the burrito the guy taking our order seemed flustered at us asking we proceeded with the order, waited about 7 min (not bad) got home and the burrito only had meat inside tortilla was soggy not crunchy and we only live 2 block’s away, I took a bite and was very disappointed that we spent 45 dollars on food that the quality was so poor…. I then called 3 x’s no answer and voicemail was full. I believe in second chances and thought I would give them another try even though 3 years ago I got food poisoning from this location, and now tonight proved that this place I don’t recommend to anybody looking for quality and taste and friendly service.
recently went to eat there and was disappointed in the servings of arroz con pollo , paid $16 for a kiddie meal serving of it, seems they are downsizing their servings as years ago they served hefty platters of their food , shame as I love their food I guess I won't be going back any time soon as they must of changed mgmt which is bringing it down now
Food is good. Service is hit or miss. Biggest complaint would be that you are given your check before you even finishing eating. This wouldn't deter me from coming in but it definitely makes you skip an extra drink or desert.
Placed online order at 5:22. Got message we will contact you when order is ready. Don't come to the store. I drove and waited in parking lot. Called at 6:40 asking about order and they said it was ready and it just came out. Then got notification that my order was ready for 5:45 pickup. Asked if fried ice cream was still good because it has been sitting an hour. She said it still felt cold packed in with hour old cold food. I strongly requested fresh ice cream and did get it. I walked away because I was hungry. Called back to chat with manager Kally??? And response was things get busy. Sorry Sorry. Followed with another sorry. She looked up order 5238 and could see all the details.
I visited Moreno's for the first time recently. I had their Enchilada combo plate with beans and rice. The shredded beef was tender and tasty. Not very spicy but tender, and the flavor was very good.A very enjoyable Mexican meal. Oh, and the margaritas were enjoyable as well although the peach and blackberry flavors we tried were pretty much indistinguishable... both tasted like any other margarita.
They are over price! Poor customer service! The cashier Lady looks so miserable. I understand that prices are going up but come in $4 for a soda. I can see if they use high quality food but it isn’t for them to raise their prices so high. The neighborhood around the Arizona Ave area is trying to support your restaurant but will t be able with the outrageous prices.
Wish I would have taken a picture, but I tend to be too hungry and forget. I ordered the fiesta chicken salad and thought it was so good. Very light and fresh. I used the green salsa as the dressing and it's my new favorite salad. My husband got the steak salad and thought it was awesome as well. Bigger than the chicken salad but just a good in a different way. Also ordered the salmon taco to share. Gotta be careful with fish tacos cause sometimes they are nasty. That is not the case here. Loved the Mango on it and the Salmon wasn't fishy at all. Can't wait to go back
This place was our favorite to eat. Yesterday my daughter and I ordered the menudo. We both got sick. I was sick all night and today. My daughter was sick all night as well. We will not be going here again. I fell terrible l’ m so sick. We got food poisoning. Don’t order the menudo.
Great family restaurant. They Baja fish taco is delicious. Menudo, wish it was a bit more cleaned up but still very good. Customer service is a 4/5. Would definitely go back.
