Best location around, seriously. Especially when compared to the store in Gilbert / San Tan Mall area this is like a different restaurant altogether. Really clean, friendly service, fast and great quality. I’ve never been there when they’re run out of ingredients (Gilbert runs out of basil and meats often), friendly staff that all seem to actually like their job, and the store was picked up and stocked well even at the very end of the night. Seems like management or training or something is working well there, keep it up!

My favorite pizza restaurant is not my favorite never more. 11 inches is now 7 inches. I would have preferred that they adjust their prices as much as fair but reduce the size and continue to offer the same pizza as if it were 11, ridiculous.

Great pixza and taste. What a wonderful restaurant! I really do enjoy the atmosphere and ambiance. The food is really tasty. The employees are very attentive make sure your drinks are filled consistently with great service.\ They pay attention to detail. I will definitely return here.

I have always loved coming to this location. However, over recent months, the service has gone out the window. I don’t know if they just can’t keep enough employees or the ones they have stopped caring. My family and I order from here every Friday and I continue to hold out hope that it will be quicker “next time.” The last few months, I have waiting in excess of an hour past the said time for pickup. A few times I have been completely forgotten about and the employees actually told me that. Oops. On a mediocre note, they do get our order right about 7 times out of 10. There are often toppings that we didn’t order, which isn’t great for small kids. On the bright side, it’s sometimes surprise toppings we didn’t even know we wanted! I want to continue being a patron of this location, but management really needs to get their act together and stay on top of the lagging service.

I love Mod Pizza in general but I really don’t like this location. The place is always a mess. The listening skills and comprehension of the employees seems to be lacking. We’re constantly having to repeat what we say, not because they can’t hear us, but they seem to misunderstand almost everything we tell them. They hardly put any toppings on the pizzas and salads. Not only do we have to constantly ask for more, I’m always hearing other people in line do the same. All the other locations are very generous with their toppings! I even had one guy that literally threw all the toppings on one side of the pizza. I got tired of asking him to fix it. There just doesn’t seem to be any real motivation or efficiency at this place. I hate feeling like a nag when I go out to eat. Also, this might sound kind of weird but somehow the mozzarella has changed and doesn’t seem as high quality as it used to be. I’ll be going to the one in San Tan Village when I can!

The staff here is great and the pizza is always good. I want to give it 5 stars but the trash is usually overflowing and the tables are rarely clean. It kind of grosses me out. If you can overlook that kind of thing, then you won't be disappointed with the food or the service.

Employees seemed very uninterested and lacked any semblance of customer service. Pizzas were burnt and they did not care that a bubble covered 1/4 of one of the pizzas. Not to mention how they were barely even cut. We had to rip apart the slices. Lastly, the toppings all just slid off the pizza. Had to eat with a fork by the end. But uh good lemonade. ?

I had a phenomenal roasted garlic and Italian sausage pizza. I have revisited 3 times already and had variations of that pizza. The staff was kind and helpful. There was a worker from another location helping out for the day named Caroline I believe who assisted me and she definitely knew her stuff.I absolutely intend on returning again.

Pros: The flavor of pizzas are actually pretty good, and they have a variety of toppings as well. I had the jasper and was able to add bell pepper.Cons:1. The pizza sizes are ridiculously small.2. The pizza crust is extremely thin, I felt like I was eating a quesadilla.4. The prices for what you're getting are not worth it. Paid $35 for 3 minis.3. The customer service was ok, the guy working there didn't smile once and was super irritated.Overall was ok, but will not be my first option.

They don't check the pizza and then give it to customer. I ate some pieces and it tasted burn. I could not finish my pizza.
