This continues to be the worst McDonald's I've ever been to. Every month, we try again because its convenient but they can never get our order right, even when they aren't busy. Most of the time, the fries are mushy or still frozen. Burgers always have everything on them. I've even had frozen chicken nuggets. Half the time you are missing food or waiting 30 minutes to get it. I suggest ordering the cheapest thing on the menu, then you might be happy with what you actually get. Its always a surprise.
If I could I would give a zeroStar. my kids love McDonald's which is why I keep returning. But after today never again I ask for 2 hot n spicy meals with lights mayo no lettuce add bacon and cheese, happy meal with apples. the line was super long about 10-15 minutes waiting patiently got my order got home no chicken Patty's on both hot and spicy just mayo and lettuce with bacon and cheese, like who does that? no apple slices for happy meal. This is not the frist time this has happened with messing up orders and having to go back. I'm not the type to leave bad reviews but this McDonald's really need lots of assistance. I called to get my order fixed no answer, called again line busy. Went back line was another 15 min wait inside and drive thru. I wasn't gonna wait around.. at least my kids enjoyed their fries happily and I wipe up something else at home. I hope that they take this feedback and use it to their advantage, maybe in the future there Services improve .
Terrible experience. I ordered through Postmates and the poor delivery person was at McDonald's waiting for over an hour for our food. Then when we got it we were missing almost half out food. McDonald's is terrible at getting orders correct. This is not the first time this has happened. Then when you try to calm and talk to someone no one answer the phone. Very disappointed.
Tonight I felt the urge to once again brave my local McDonald's to get a burger and as usual it was a cluster. I placed my order, Big Mac meal with a chocolate shake, paid and was told to pull forward and park to await my meal. I parked and after about 10 mins they bring a large bag and ask if I ordered 4 quarter pounders to which I said no. Five minutes later they bring another order that is not mine.Half hour later and nothing, someone comes out and asks for my receipt to make it fresh and bring out, 15 more minutes goes by and I decide to march inside and and I told them I want my order or my money back. I got my order and left. All total 50 minutes!!!This is ridiculous! They weren't short staffed, there were plenty of people in the back, it was pure chaos in the back... I'm done with thisMcDonald's!
This location never gives the right order. I door dash I don't receive the right order. They never give any sauce even when I ask for them. They never give entire order. Missing apple slices in all 4 happy meals, no sauce for the 40 nugget meals, missing items ordered completely. The worst location ever. Needs better management and new employees. They are not friendly at all. Every time I have gone in person always rude. No friendly face when you approach the window when you are at the drive thru They rush your order (which is probably why 99% of the time it always wrong). I'm not one to ever right reviews especially bad. But this is ridiculous ? ? ?
Literally worst Mcdonalds ive ever been to, had an employee that didnt know how to fix my order so i asked for someone who did (never had an attude or raised my voice) and he walks by and flips me off from behind his manager, like really..... then i get all the way home and there is a literal bite taken out of my big mac bun....
WOW JUST WOW!!! Every single thing I ordered was completely disgusting. I pull out a empty fry box to find only 5 fries on the bottom of the bag. The doors are locked so I won't even go back. Waited in line approximately 30 minutes. Don't go to the outer lane they take one for every 3 in the inside lane. I have a kid crying for her fries, I asked for HiC and got orange soda. Of course they won't answer the phones. The food was cold. No excuses for such poor quality, I don't care if it is McDonald's this is just wrong on all levels.
I've been to this location a few times and every time is a huge disappointment. I've had to wait 20+ minutes every single time, and it's always cold by the time I'd get the food. One time they forgot about me completely after shooing me forward to park and offered me a free cookie. Pass. Don't know why I hadn't learned my lesson yet, but rest assured, I learned this time. Nasty food. Not just cold, but old tasting. I will not be returning to this location again.
AVOID AT ALL COST! Ordered delivery via DoorDash - a crispy chicken sandwich meal with fries and a hi c orange, double cheeseburger plain, 13 cookies… They managed to get the cookies and the drink right. The fries were super salty, just looking at them you could see they used 10x the normal salt. The chicken sandwich was missing completely, the double cheeseburger had everything on it and was not plain. Go look at the Yelp reviews for this store and AVOID AT ALL COST. This isn’t my first issue with them but it will be my last, I t’s obvious the manager and employees do not care, they need retraining or kicking to the curb.
Fres were cold and stale twice! Was told frapiccino machine was broken when it was not, hamburgers smelled like fish patty, did a bad job cleaning up a soda spill, asked for my sauces they have me 2 out of the 4 types we need as we are a family of 6, smelled like the bathrooms, and forgot my bacon on my burger...this place sucked and I will NOT GO BACK!!
