Went through the DT at about 8pm.Had to ask for fresh fries, because they were soggy and old....Only to find a hair on my nuggets, just after taking my first bite...Just completely gross
This is the nicest McDonald’s I have ever been to! And the employees are so nice also! Steve was kind enough to make sure that we didn’t need anything while we waited for our food! Thank you Steve you are the absolute best! We will be back again and again.
Took 30min for my food and drink. Guy on the back had his Aipods in and couldn’t “hear me” and took the wrong order and was charging me the wrong order. Idk if she was manger or not but African American girl gave me the wrong drinks. Asked for a L Dr. Pepper, L ICED Macchiato and S mango smoothie. Got a S Dr. P and L hot macchiato. Fries were half filled and soggy. Missing Hot n Spices and didn’t get no condiments for 40 nuggets. Shift manger should be fired asap
Just came for some sundaes! Also a vanilla cone! So yummy. They dont have peanuts anymore for your sundae though.. kind of sad about that...
It SUCKED!! I went through the drive through and it took 18 minutes to get my order, a double cheeseburger and a chicken sandwich. The food was cold and the order was wrong.
I was in and out and managed to make it home with the correct order,so that's a plus.

Mcdonald's Franchise management needs to do some serious training here. Not sure you can train for Incompetence but someone needs to help this place. This is not a first time occurrence, I guess I'm the idiot in this instance cause I keep going back. If you want 1/2 your order, this is the place. Maybe they need a new Menu Item called Mcforgotsomething, maybe then I would order that knowing that I would get nothing and feel better...Good luck trying to call and get things resolved, Busy signal 24/7
Went in tonight and my order was wrong along with the fact there was ketchup and mustard all over around the outsides of our buns. I tried to ask for sauce at the second window and it was shut in my face before I could get that far. When I called I automatically got attitude from the “Shift Manager”, I was offered a refund but it wasn’t a big deal, we ate it anyways, so I declined. She asked if we could come back and she would remake our food, but we were already home with the littles and it was late. I didnt call to throw a fit I called to make it aware for them that orders were being messed up this badly but when I got attitude about it, I was a little annoyed. She got mad that I called them out on their lack of customer service and then was told “I have a great personality and I have amazing hospitality”. And then of all things, the last thing I was told was “I have great hospitality bye” and she hung up on me while I was still trying to talk.
Don't go here this is terrible.
