Went through the drive thru and ordered some nuggets with sauce, 2 small fries, and an ice cream for my kids. The car in front of us was handed a bag and a minute or so later, the lady handed it back to the employee. When I went to the window I was asked what my order was and then was quickly handed a bag. I am fairly certain that I was handed the same food that the last customer handed back to them (the lady before me kind of crumpled it in when she handed it back, and the bag had similar folds on it that aren't the usual) When I looked in the bag I saw that instead of 2 small fries, I had 1 medium fry. Typically this means I was given less than I ordered, and when I asked about the wrong size, I was told they could give me the small fry container to separate the fries. I have 2 hungry kids in the car, one of which is screaming on and off in the back, I don't want to argue with this girl about bags, and just told my older kid to divvy it up (if I had gotten what I ordered, then it wouldn't of been an issue.) And truthfully, I wasn't going to complain at all, but then I got home and my sauce was missing. So if you want possible pre-finger fiddled food, on top of a wrong amount of food given, AND no sauce, then by all means, this is the right place. I know from experience that it is common for employees to clear out an order before it is ready/given to the customer, and I assume this is part of what happened. If I had just gotten my dang sauce, I wouldn't of written the review. So at the very least, check for the sauce.
I know this place is complete trash, but i decided to give it one last chance tonight. I asked for a fresh french fry because they fries always taste a day old and cold. Well thats exactly what i got a stale, cold large fry. To top it off the 10 piece nugget i got was still frozen, and when i asked for sweet tea the guy taking the order said they were out, do i got a dr pepper instead. Get to the window and the lady told me that she had one tea left so she gave me that instead. Turns out to be day old tonic un sweet tea as well. Poor quailty. and very unpleasant to get home and have to microwave my food. Do better.
This is the absolute worst McDonald’s location. Last time, they gave us cheeseburgers with NO MEAT, other items full of grill gunk and grease, and this time, they screwed up the order and the kid had the nerve to have an attitude when the items in the bag were clearly wrong (someone else’s order entirely).
Plain and simple bad management. Took 20 minutes for one cheeseburger and fries. Front employee just standing half asleep bent over with his elbows resting on the register. No one has name badges, shirts untucked, no hats and wearing hoodies. Get a good manager in there and get that place cleaned up! I am writing this post after several years of trying this place and I am always disappointed.
Hands down the worst customer service. Their employees have no sense of quality customer service, the guy taking orders in the drive through tonight sounded like he absolutely hated his job & life. He kept huffing & puffing over the speaker as if I was being a burden to him. Their ice cream machine is always down, 8 times out of 10, it’ll be down. This place is dirty, never clean and trash cans are always over flowing. I’d be more than happy to drive a few extra miles for decent customer service.
Witnessed staff yelling violently at a customer who had a concern and was not all that threatening. Made me question what the cause of that type of reaction was. Also, bathrooms could use a ton of maintenance work such as restocking, and cleanliness checks. The trash cans are usually full, and the whole lobby area could use work. I do my best to take the number of staff into account, but even then, it was like this when the drive thru and lobby were not too busy. Thankfully, the food was pretty good.
They always find a way to forget something in the bag. I have never, and I'm not exaggerating, been to this location when my order was correct. Sometimes I catch it, other times I get duped into believing that it's all there and correct. I swear they are making money on not giving people the items they ordered. That really lowers food cost. C'mon McDonald's employees, it's on a screen. If it says 8 items, then count to 8 when putting things in the bags. How hard is it to check that everything is there!
asked for a well done sausage McMuffin with egg and what I got was a piece of charcoal. It happens every single time at this location.
I felt so rushed and ignored. I had an employee just hand me my food and shut the window so fast I couldn't even ask a quick question about my order. Then I pulled over in the parking lot to eat so I doesn't get cold and my fries were so hard, rubbery and just cold. I just wanted a quick yummy bite to eat and was disappointed ☹️
The food was good but they definitely need more staff. One member was more interested with talking to his friend then helping customers. I watched one dunk a rag in a mop bucket then wipe the floor then a non food contact surface. Place needs help, badly
