This location has been consistently providing poor customer service and burnt pizzas. I’ve also been given wait times for orders of 10-15 minutes, only to wait for 30-55 minutes for 2 pizzas. Some of the staff are very unprofessional, swearing in the back during their conversations while they work, all while there are children and adolescents in the waiting room waiting for their pizzas. I’m only posting this review because this has been consistently poor value and poor service the past 3 visits.
I placed an order on the app at 3:30 this afternoon. I put the pick up time for 5:30 - - Thinking that meant that it would be READY at 5:30, I showed up at the store expecting my pizza at that time. The employees were not the least bit concerned that my pizza wouldn’t be ready for 12 more minutes. Rather, they were wandering around the store, helping themselves to sodas in the lobby refrigerator and goofing off in the back. Another woman had been waiting for her app-order for 30+ minutes as well. This particular location is slow, lazy and can’t be bothered by something so inconvenient as customer service. I believe it has changed ownership/franchisee since it originally opened and the new management is lousy.
This was the worst pizza experience I've ever had.I've ordered from Little Caesars many times and I love their pick-up system. It's usually so quick and easy.My usual location was recently closed so I thought I'd try this location even though it isn't all that convenient for me.NEVER AGAIN.I arrived at the time given to me by the Little Caesars phone app (30 minutes after the order time). No pizza in the Pizza Portal. I patiently waited another 20 minutes. Starting to get a little impatient by now and complained to the counter guy. Eventually, after about an hour, I received my pizza. If it's going to take an hour to make a simple pepperoni pizza, then let me know up front instead of giving me a false pick-up time.I WILL NOT visit this Little Caesars location again!
Tried to order today and more than a 2 hour wait. I showed up and got one of 2 hot and ready pizzas. Apparently and order for 195 pizzas was called in and the managers decided to commit this store to that while foresaking all other orders. What is a Detroit guy to do? Domino's from now on.An order of that size should have been either split between 2 or 3 stores or denied at such short notice. I have ordered sandwiches or pizzas for over 100 people a few times and had the courtesy to order days ahead.Thank you to the managers for making my choice in pizza easier. My apologies to the Illitch family.
Usually I like this Little Caesars, but today I bought a bad pizza, it was not fresh and over-cooked
We love Little Caesars but this location is terrible. I understand staffing is an issue right now but that does not excuse quality. The wait times are also never accurate on the portal.
This place is great, everybody is friendly, the foods great, nice and cheap ( the way I like it)And best of all the wait Is never horrible.
Really BAD pizza this time. Stopped in about 4:15pm today to pick up a classic pepperoni. No other customers around. I didn’t look at the pizza before taking it home. At home, we found the pizza to be overcooked & very dry like it had been sitting for awhile. Tasted like cardboard. Couldn’t eat the pizza.I’ve had other pizzas from here before & they were all good. Lesson learned…look at the pizza before leaving the store!
These people could care less, I ordered a pizza and it said it would be ready in an hour. I showed up 15 minutes early and they said it wasn't ready, that's fine so I waited in my car. Go back in 20 minutes later, and they just tell me they didn't even make it. They could have cared less.
Walk-in, ordered the hot and ready slices and sticks. Nothing in the place was hot and ready! 25min wait. Lobby and parking lot was full of people waiting for their orders. Extremely slow and disorganized.
