Very upset first my order was given to me wrong they gave me the bag with the full order supposedly, I ask if chicken pcs where in there they said yes ,I told them it didn't look like my 2 full orders were in 1 bagThe hot Gravy was open and spilled on my legs.After I got burned .all employees came out to check on order .I'm very upset first burned by hot gravy then get home order is missing 4 pcs chicken 1 side of macaroni and the extra order of 4 biscuits.(Keep calling but no one answers the phone)
Don't come often anymore because when I do I always have to wait foreverAlways have to pull around regardless if a big order or a quick order. Last time I pulled around for a 12 dollar order , waiting 15 minutes just to be forgotten about and have to go inside and raise up a storm. What's the point of fast food or drive through if it is not fast nor can I drive through. Also the team is way out of Any kind of dress code. Always untucked shirts, any hat they want on , barly look like an associate
I ordered a large meal- 8 pieces of chicken, 3 large sides, and 4 biscuits. I ordered online for a later pickup. When I arrived at my selected time, my food was on the pick up rack. However, ten minutes later when I returned home, the food was cold. How long had it been sitting on the rack? The chicken was slightly overcooked, the potatoes and gravy tasted strange and looked a little odd. The coleslaw was good. The biscuits were cold. Overall, not a good experience at KFC. I will not be returning anytime soon.
I would probably give a 3 star review if the only thing wrong was that a full item was missing from my pretty simple doordash order (classic chicken sandwich). But because not only was that sandwich missing, but the other sandwich I ordered was thrown together with 2 chicken tenders rather than the chicken filet that's supposed to be used for the sandwich, gotta go 1 star. Who is this gonna fool? The whole reason I ordered kfc was because i wanted a couple of sandwiches. I get one sandwich made with old tenders, and another one that never even was put in the bag. Just do better. Make changes and do better.
I ordered 60 dollars worth of food through the KFC app to be delivered. When I received my order it was missing 2 full boxes and a side. Totaling 27 dollars of food. When trying to make contact with KFC to get a refund it’s practically impossible to speak with anyone. Worst food experience ever.
Came here for the first time, the young man who took our order was friendly and helpful as to what was included with the different combo meals. Our order was then taken, order was filled quickly and accurately. Got home and our food was still warm and tasty. Well done.

We ordered the promotional 10 piece family meal. The cashier said bisquits will be a bit of a wait but we can sub it out with extra cookies. We also ordered an extra side of cole slaw. Cookies and coleslaw is missing, we tried calling the store and no one has answered the phones.
Way too expensive now and they are always out of something you want. Easier to cook your own version of KFC for 1/3 the price
It seems every time I visit there they are always out of something!!! Today.I ordered a 2 piece meal with Diet Coke, mashed potatoes and coleslaw. I got a regular Coke, no coleslaw, no package plastic wear, no napkins and a 16 minute wait if I wanted a biscuit!!!Last time they were completely out of regular chicken, only sandwiches were available! Before that my order again was incomplete!!! Last time!!!! I’ll ever go there again!!!!!
