Delivery is constantly slow, 45-60min. Today was no exception, but this time it showed delivered when it wasn't. I called the store and they advised me they lost my receipt so they showed it delivered to clear it out of their system. No phone call to me, no refund, seriously dishonest and bordering fraudulent behavior.
This location is fantastic. I have ordered delivery quite a few times and it is always delivered quickly and the food is fresh. I usually order for pick up and it is ready by the time I get there. I appreciate that they follow my order as stated. If I ask for less of something or extra of something, they follow that. I always order the Beach Club as an “Unwich” and it is delicious!
Not happy. Took over 35 minutes to get my order once it was showing out for delivery. I only live 2 miles away, and I was missing a bag of chips. SMH!!!

Great sandwiches. The employee at the register on 12/31/21 was also loading bread to the oven. He was NOT wearing gloves. No idea if he washed his hands. All other employees were wearing gloves.
no one greeted me, stood awkwardly at the counter and then a blonde girl came over and just stared at me till I started to ordering, literally said nothing to me. Over priced, sandwich was made wrong, employees really seemed sad, would not recommend
Waiting over ten minutes for someone to even help me. Employees acted as they were to busy to take my order. So I took my business and went to Fire House Subs.
When the group of high school kids outside which was the employees, Give you the stink eye because they have to stop their Gossiping, And you haven't even finished parking your car. The food was still good quality.
An hour to deliver?! And no one there answering the phone. I guess I’m lucky I got it at all. Hate to intrude on the rude teenager who delivered mine.
