My husband and I order minis. When my husbands mini was being made the bread was half the size of a mini. When I questioned it the young lady grabbed the bread with tuna, threw it into the garbage can then walked into the back room. If she would have told me they were out of white bread mini, I would made another choice. We did get whole wheat mini stale bread. The attitude at this store made us feel like we were imposing. Also the store was a mess, condiments covering the floor and pay counter. Sorry Jersey Mike’s, we love your sandwiches but NOT this store.
We used to love ordering from here. However, it's gone downhill. After months of not eating here because our food is always wrong or slopped together, we decided to give it a shot. Sure enough, 2 orders were wrong completely, 1 was missing and the other had half the bread missing....how that happened, I have no idea. I guess we'll have to just delete this location from our sandwich shop list.
One of these things is not like the other.Completely disappointed. Store was out of straws, bell peppers, most of the soda options, and fresh bread!!Restaurant was filthy.
Ran by children. Not a single adult in sight. This shop needs an adult manager to oversee operations. The sandwich being extremely below par is just the icing on the cake.
Food was great but you should really ask your taller gentleman with all the hair to wear a hair net or get a haircut.

This place has absolutely no respect to people who are going in for a job interview. I went in and told them I’m here for my interview and they didn’t even reply to me. Do not, I repeat, do not work here.
Just ordered a small sub. Bread is harder than a rock and stale. So hard, bread is crumbling.
Great subs and cheesesteaks I can honestly say it's probably one of the best consistent cheesesteak and regular subs in town better yet in Arizona very consistent products actually have taste and substance to it well worth the price you pay unlike some like subway for an example definitely not worth the money you spend there here it is totally 100% worth the money that you spend
