It really seems inconsistent and ultimately like no one that works here cares. Hours of operation should be looked into as several times I was told that this 24 hour location was physically closed? Food has been overcooked and often cold, prepared incorrectly, and items not included even though they were paid for. No refunds for missing items.
Placed a door dash order where I was unable to customize my drink. I called the store which was answered by Christian. Very sweet. Took my request no problem. I've had issues making personal requests in other stores so I hesitated asking but was glad I was successful and had people who genuinely care about customer service. I appreciate it! Noah got me at the window and he was also just as sweet/helpful making sure I had all my sauces/condiments.
I called the store and asked if I can get a refund and the manager said it's not her fault my items where missing started talking over me and hung up on me. Called several times and was continus ignored after her telling me it's not her fault there's nothing she can do. And I had several missing items and burnt churros on top of that that were literally black. Everyone that works here or immature little kids that never worked a day in their lives. They're always rude and they like to still everyone's money but not giving them the items they paid for and say that they gave it to you when it's not there. They also say they can't give refunds so that's their excuse. Literally the worst Jack in the box to go to not only because of that but because none of them know how to cook food I can't tell you how many times I had food burnt or undercooked and gotten sick over the last several years.
Was given wrong meal but was home when I realized. I called and no one answered phone. Still have yet to settle or talk with anyone. Lately quality of service gone way down
Went here for a quick and easy meal because they're really fast. Isaac was the drive-thru employee that helped me out. He was very fast and helpful with everything I ordered. His willingness to help out customers in the friendly manner shows that he cared about people. I hope this employee helps out more people and shows management skills more in the future. Definitely will go back again!
Always down for systems on the weekend but past 2 weeks been short staffed and can't take orders or down for mandatory cleaning. I go between the time of 2am to 6am so I understand the non busy hours to get things done but at least block the drive thru with a temporary closed sign or something. Even a free drink perhaps. I'd say 75% of the time I leave without food and go to another Jack down the street.
I don't usually do fast food, so my experience here definitely should be taken with a grain of salt. Food was food, nothing special. . A word of advice though, if you order something that requires a dipping sauce, make sure you ask for them in a bag!! My son asked for 6 ranch, 6 bbq, and 6 honey mustard and the girl at the window ( as nice as she was) decided the best way to give us 18 sauce packs was just loose in my hand lol
No matter how many times I try to give this place another chance their workers mess up my order. I just left there with no napkins or forks. Often they forget a straw for my drink or straight out give me the wrong order. I would figure with their wage increases mistakes would happen less. No excuse for mistakes. I work in a hospital if I made a mistake it could kill someone. Either they need to have their wages dropped to equal the trash service they provide or they need heavy training.
Kudos to the overnight workers! ? especially to Grey!! He is an amazing worker! Fast & Friendly!! Someone give this guy a raise!! Love getting my doordash orders from this JITB to deliver! Thank you overnight team for being amazing!
Its fast food so if you expect it to be more you'd be disappointed. The order was correctly made even all The special orders the food was made fresh it was hot n didn't taste salty or old or overcooked they also was done timely and the employees we did talk to very nice polite and did their job well
