Restaurants are having a tough time finding staff and as a result, limiting seating. IHOP is no different. The wait was not long. This IHOP was exceptional. It was the server's first day and he was attentive and accommodating. Food was great. If you are looking for an IHOP, this is the one to go to. We tried another one located in Mesa, each of the three times we went, disappointed. (shame on us for going there three times).IHOPS reputation for great pancakes did not disappoint.
This place has gone way way way down. This was the 3rd strike. Took forever for our food to come. Our appetizers didn’t come till after our dinner came. And then this is what we got. This was supposed to be a bacon avocado turkey sandwich. It was sad I wanted to cry. I swear there was only 2 people running everything. Not going back not worth the money.?
The last time my family and I came here we had a great waiter, Jeff. He was very on top of everything and made sure to refill our drinks every time our cups were low. He has excellent customer service skills. Please give him a raise, a couple of the other waitresses there can be a little snobby and my husband and I were reconsidering a new breakfast place, but not anymore thanks to him.
I'm here supporting the food trucks that deserve their spot on Google maps. They all show their skills every friday night in front of the ihop big dirt field. Waffle Crush is killing it out there with their innovative sandwiches they are dishing out. And do yourself a favor and check out All Cooped Up in AZ for their chicken strips sandwiches/wraps/or straight up with any sauce. Onion strings here were perfect. Also a shout out to the Maine Lobster truck that dished out the best truffle fries ?
Great service from my waitress and staff. Was seated quickly and served quickly too.I didn't really like the the crepes but I still ate them.
There was no hostess up front, we waiting a while for someone to show up and seat us, after we we finally got seated, we were waiting for 20 minutes, not even our drink order was taken. Another table that was seated a quite a while after us, right next to us, was attended almost immediately. It was not busy either, maybe 3 other tables taken.
Went for breakfast this morning. My husband got bacon, eggs and pancakes. Bacon was burnt black to a crisp and hidden under the pancakes I guess hoping he wouldn't notice. My toast was stone cold with no butter. Eggs were undercooked. Server was nice but won't be going back. Food was TERRIBLE!
This IHOP location is decent. It is clean and the food is usually pretty fresh. Like most restaurants, the food on the plate in front of you, certainly doesn’t look anything like the menu. Some days they are really on the ball and some days they fall short a bit. The staff is friendly and make you feel welcome. The last time I was in, I decided to try something other than the breakfast menu. I tried a new sandwich, turkey melt of some sort. The bread of the sandwich was delightful! It was buttered, crispy and perfectly toasted. The inside was good too but the bread is what made it home run. If you are looking for an inexpensive breakfast joint or want to try the lunch/dinner menu, this IHOP location will suffice.
We had a good visit. Busy, but moving and friendly. Food was great. No complaints. Had the mushroom and spinach omelette and would definitely order it again. Pancakes are always good too.
IHOP in general isn't very fancy, so let's just get that out of the way. However, the staff here is super friendly and they were patient with our 4 kiddos. My one qualm would be that they were short staffed, but that seems to be an issue everywhere these days.
