We usually only come on Sunday and had always had a great visit. This is the first time we have come on a Saturday and had a terrible experience. First of all when we arrived we had to wait a while to place our order. The girl that was placing the order had misplaced her credit card instead of viiding the order they made me wait for the girl to try to search for the card in her car. After waiting I asked her if she could void the order and take my order and she said yes. I'm not sure why she would make me wait instead of doing that in the first place. There are 4 people and it seems that all four need to be involved without any of them really knowing what they are doing. I made a second order for ice cream and I waited a while for 2 ice creams finally they called my number and it only was one of my ice cream and it was melted and a corner of the cup was broken as if it had fallen. They had given my order to someone else that was sitting there and I had to ask them to remake the ice cream they gave me. Very poor customer service experience this time. It's not inexpensive to go out to eat and I expect good service. I wasted my money today.
I have been looking for a Banana Split for the longest time and finally I got one and it was big. If you like fruits and Icecream this is the place.
Wow! This place is awesome! I had no idea this little hidden gem was back in the plaza! There is fruit drinks and fruit cocktails galore! There are fruit cup, ice cream and shaved ice choices. They also have loaded carne asada fries, carne asada nachos, ceviche and many other choices of food. The carne asada fries were amazing. This is a great place to satisfy both sweet and salty in one visit!
Anything you order here is delicious. They use fresh fruit in everything and it makes a huge difference. Horchata had a little too much cinnamon but still tasted great. And hey even have Thrifty's ice cream!! Can't find that in many places.
Great service, clean store, quality ingredients and great tasting combinations. That place is always busy. Definitely a good go to.
I really am so disappointed from this Queen Creek location. I have been going here for a while and bringing the family however this last visit will be officially my last time here. I ordered a Fruta Picada and asked for 4 items and unfortunately I only received 3. I did not realize this until I got in the car and it was just too late to turn around. I decided to call them so they can be aware and perhaps try to make up for their error. The person who answered was rude and basically stated there was nothing they can do. I didn’t even get an apology or asked to come back so they can make my order complete. I got nothing. That’s terrible customer service and not to mention the young man who took my ordered was so unwelcoming while taking the order. What happened to good customer service? I really like to support minority own businesses since I’m a POC but I guess this is just a business I will stay clear from.
Surprised my granddaughter who has never been there before & she loved it. I love the Aqua Fresca & they have Thrifty's ice cream which is a fun blast from my childhood. Service is always awesome too.
Went there and got some ice cream and sat down as my family and I were eating our ice cream we look up and see Justin (the person who served us) filling up the cream without gloves licking his fingers then put the top on with the same hand he just got done making out with never once washing his hands then made more customers orders just unsanitary.
Luv this place the corn in a cup bomb. And there ice cream the pistachio is yummy.
The mangonada is pretty good. I rated it 4 stars because it's quite expensive compared to other places like this like Fruit Daddyr or La Nueva Flor de Michoacan in Chandler. But a nice option to have if you live in the Queen Creek area.
